I am pleased to welcome you to my brand new apartment. As a designer and architect, I did my best to renovate it in the most cosy, spacious and convenient way for you. 700sqft of luxurious and comfy space will be yours.

Whether you are a family, a group of friends or a couple looking for space, my apartment will fit all your needs. Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui district, my building stands right in front of Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) MTR (subway) exits. Any luggage? No worries, you won't have to walk!

It is next to several shopping malls such as K11 and Mira Place, 5min walk from Avenue of Stars and Harbour City.

Inside my newly renovated apartment of 700sqft (66sqm), there are spacious and cosy bedrooms, 3 seat sofa, 55-inch TV, 100sqft Italian bathroom, a dining area, a closet to store all your clothes.. you basically have access to everything during your stay.

Of course, my apartment will be ALL YOURS, you won't share it with anybody else.

There are 3 wall mounted air conditioning units, and all the windows are new and isolate perfectly from the outside noise. The large bathroom is renovated in Italian style, with stone walls, two twin sinks and a large mirror.

The main door has an electronic locker that can only be opened with a unique code that will be privately sent to you when you arrive. The code is only valid during your stay, so nobody else can use it.

There are also management staff downstairs of my building and several lifts available in different corners of the building.

You will be located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, in a typical old traditional Hong Kong building called Mirador Mansion, surrounded by modern and fancy malls, thousands of restaurants for every taste, bars.. Everything you're looking for is just a few minutes walk away.
