It's understandable that hotels in Hong Kong tend to be on the smaller side. However, dirty bed sheets, especially with bloodstains, are genuinely intolerable. When I complained to the front desk, they stated that housekeeping was outsourced and they would notify the external company.

This was my second stay here! The gentleman with glasses at the front desk was exceptionally polite and provided very attentive service – huge thumbs up! The shampoo was excellent; I actually remembered liking it a lot from my previous visit. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding area boasts a unique character with numerous seafood stalls. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are fully equipped and perfect for business trips. It offers excellent value for money. Additionally, the bathroom provides power outlets compatible with mainland Chinese plugs.

Good location, located in Chinese herbal market, with convenience
, easy to travel ,a short walk to/from Airport Bus Stop and convenience to/from subway, tram and bus. Staff is quick response. Facilities are new and clean . Recommend for solo traveller ,room is quite tiny.

This hotel is great for short or long term stays in HK. It’s really clean, great plumbing, close to metro, laundry facilities, and decent restaurants. The front desk people are really professional and they will help you if they can. I have stayed here multiple times and I have never had a complaint.
