You’ll find the condo located on the 4th floor of the historical Parvis Lofts, all by itself with a spacious porch, complete with seating perfect for a morning coffee, or late-night glass of wine with views of the hills of Cincinnati. *Please keep in mind that this does mean you have to walk up three flights of stairs, since there is no elevator in the building.*The space itself is beautifully decorated with a careful selection of comfortable and stylish furniture, perfect for unwinding after a long day or night out in Cincinnati. You’ll find hints of history in the exposed brick, as well as a touch of modern in the restored hardwood, and vintage accents. Enjoy the natural light and views with windows throughout all rooms.You’ll find an open concept living area, with a plush sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Roku TV perfect for watching your favorite TV show. The sleeper sofa has a comfortable queen-sized gel mattress, which is the perfect addition for a larger group. If you are taking a break from the countless restaurant options, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, spices and everything you need to cook anything from spaghetti to steak. Enjoy your meals in one of the many sitting areas, at the counter, the dining room table or outside on the deck.The bedroom is oversized, and includes another TV, dressers and drawers, closet space, and the most amazing memory foam king sized bed. On the other side of the condo, you’ll find the large bathroom with a nice shower, vanity, and space to get ready for your nights out. This centrally located, unique condo is the perfect spot for visiting Cincinnati. It is close to 3 hospitals (Children's, UC Health, Christ Hospital) and the University of Cincinnati.You will be a 10 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and bars located in Over-the-Rhine and Pendleton. It is the perfect place to relax after exploring downtown Cincinnati (5-minute drive), or a show at the Music Hall or the Arnoff Center.Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:Parking:There is free street parking on Mulberry and surrounding streets. Be sure to remove all belongings from your vehicle as this is the city.Luggage:Please utilize the community back staircase to bring your luggage upstairs.To do this, unlock the door by the kitchen (lower level) and the door in the back bedroom (upper level).Communal SpaceThe backyard space is open for you to enjoy.The grill is provided for communal use. If you do use it, please clean it after each use.Coffee MachineFill the water tank on the right side with water (filtered water is available from the fridge)Coffee pods are in the drawer to the right of the dishwasherPlease remove used pods and place in the garbage**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**Check Out Process1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher, drop a detergent packet in and start! (If dishwasher won't start, it is usually because the switch is off by the sink!)2. Put all used towels in the washer, add detergent and start!3. Set temperature in the house to 72 degrees.4.
