It was first time i got accommodated at golden pearl hotel; as the name says, this hotel is star in nature with all exquisite facilities like hot water, double cot bed, and other facilities; the manager was so friendly and courteous; also the room boy was so caring and supportive too; to sum up, i had a wonderful stay; would recommend this hotel name to all my friends and relatives who may plan their journey to tirupathi: on my part, i look forward to visiting this hotel again in 2024; thank you for your hospitality, all the main and the supporting staff & golden pearl; special credit goes to my niece who introduced me to this awesome hotel. Glad to hear from you. Am i eligible to get back the earlier paid amount. I mean 6 % discount

GGuest UserWhen i looked at the exterior of the building which was in the center of the tirupati city adjacent to other local business vendors, i was bit sceptical and was in dual thoughts. But the interior photos were convincing and i thought of taking a chance. Trust me, i was not disappointed! this is in convenient location accessible to all the local attractions that includes, tiruchanur (aka alamelu mangapuram, govindaraja swamy temple, city railway station as well as bus stand. With uber autos everywhere each trip costed me about inr 80 (this is as of november 2024). Rooms were pretty clean and nicely designed accommodating 2-3 folks easily. 24 hours hot(test) water, clean bathrooms with latest design and fixtures, round the clock customer oriented staff a call away. Overall i loved this hotel and whenever i come to tirupati, this will be my first go to hotel!

NNIRAJHotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

GGuest UserHotel's location was good. It was near to bus stand. Hotel service was good. But check in and check out timings was not convenient. For a stay of 12 hours i had to book hotel for two days as the check in time starts from 12 pm. If you are checking in at 5am then you have to book room from previous day

GGuest UserGood value for money for group travellers. Located very near to tirumala ghat road entry and check point. Courteous staff. Lift available. Room and toilet clean and ac is working. No restaurent but room service available. Food not a problem since adyar ananda bhawan is adjacent. On the negative side parking is limited and bedsheets are a bit old.

GGuest UserA good layout with huge scope for improvement in front office sraff negotiation clarity, room hygiene as well as internal hotel premises neatness. We opted for hourly stay they said USD 12 (1000 INR) for AC cubicle but alloted non AC. When queried at front office, repkying rudely that ” why arguing? I told non ac only ( lying clearly) If you want AC pay USD 4 extra (300 INR) so we paid in cant but mode and shifted. Room is not bad but worst wash room. Whenever you enter inside direct flow of ac vent drain falls on your head. Ineffective WIFI. Walk a ways, lobby is dirty & unwanted materials thrown here and there. Since this prperty is in prime location subject to mgmt concentrates on improvement, can prosper. Not issued bill also.
