From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care. "The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room."

"New hotel but many rooms for improvement. Pillow case is stained upon check-in. Door lock malfunction on second day and they took quite a long time to fix it, with my room left opened. There’s loud drilling on the second floor due to renovation still ongoing. My baby sneezed many times at the lobby. There’s no hair conditioner. Phone also cannot work to call other rooms, reception and housekeeping. Bathrobe is smelly. Room facing a construction site. Unfortunately both side of the hotel rooms facing construction. Site. Location is quiet though which is good for sleep. Room level is by card access only so better to get same level if you book a few rooms. Car park security guards to ensure safety. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of food. Porridge is good and noodle soup. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"I like Harmoni Hotel a lot. It's true that it's showing its age, but if you are a regular, you will learn to appreciate the easiness of this hotel. Easy to reach, easy to book, easy to park, easy to check in, and out, and easy to navigate around the place (it isn't very big, despite the enormous lobby). The rooftop pool offers a good refreshment if you are tired of working. The breakfast area is usually busy on weekends, and quiet during the week, and does a sufficient job to ensure you're energised for the day. The bar has a nice pool table, but has limited serving hours. It's a pity that the Harmoni Residences are not in use (they probably never were), otherwise I might consider staying here long-term. The price-quality ratio is excellent!"

"We booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our trip. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around. The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

"First time in Batam and this is my business trip for 2 nights here, take 15mins from airport, front desk staff are all very helpful, breakfast is very good, restaurant staff all are very nice and especially miss Naylah very helpful and she made us a local coffee to try. The only thing that the mattress is a bit too old and it felt sinking. Otherwise, everything was just perfect."

"Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all"

"Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back."
