I have personally tested that the inner lock can be easily removed from the outside. It is too unsafe! ! ! The room is too cold. It must be a problem in the off-season. The room has been unoccupied for too long. The air conditioner is central air-conditioned and the wind speed is very low. After entering the room wearing a down jacket and turning on the air conditioner for three hours, the temperature was 14 degrees. "The parent-child room has a loft upstairs with two large beds on the upper and lower floors, two bathrooms, no cabinets or TVs, and no one uses it! The room is clean and well designed. The crabapples are in full bloom. It is so comfortable to look at the flowers through the long glass windows in the lobby and drink tea! The heaviness and texture of wood are fully reflected here! "之前路過兩次都覺得評分低沒有入住，這次試試看的心態，先説總體是給好評 的～ 環境：差點以為是景點，整個院子是柏木為主的會有木頭香。下午坐在院子裏喝喝茶聊聊天應該還是很愜意的。 衞生：能看出來是認真做了衞生的，細節方面還可以提高一點 服務：能看出來前台大姐是很會講話的 也有服務精神 ，能給好評有至少一半以上功勞是大姐的。 設施：這個設施方面。。。怎麼説呢，愛它就要接受不完美，空調可以遙控這點給好評。 也提出幾點可以進一步提高完善的地方吧，實話實説而已。 首先是隔音真的非常欠佳，晚上隔壁説話隔壁的隔壁打噴嚏都聽的如在耳邊，早上7點左右 樓下聲音一清二楚，從新聞聲音裏被吵醒，後面基本睡不着了，各種關門的走路的，收拾屋子的… 第二點就是，因為是木質結構為主，所以蚊子特別不好找，而電蚊香牌子可能也不太好要不就是蚊子已經習慣了，反正點了也沒用。被蚊子吵到夜裡2點多才迷迷糊糊睡着，早上7點又從新聞中醒來確實容易讓人煩躁，所以有些客人給低分也是情有可原。 第三，房型和房間內設施，先説房型，相差200的房型衹是屋裡多了兩把沙發 從前院轉到後院，唯一好一點是在二樓不會太潮濕（但是隔音問題就更明顯），這個説實話，如果不是特別挑剔可能更多而言 ，低價就夠了。據説院子當時修建花了上億，能看出貴，體驗感和古城裡其他民宿不相上下，如果按照高級房的價格，性價比遠低於其他，這點很吃虧。 然後再説房內設施，比如評論區經常提到的馬桶圈，一個一次性馬桶套才幾毛錢呀，完全可以準備吧？但是評論區提了多次並沒有解決方案，這衹能説用心程度有待提高了。再説屋裡燈全關的情況下，廁所燈不能獨立打開 ，晚上上廁所就要開一次全屋燈，睡意少一半，床頭頂上的燈也不能獨立開關，不管關哪個開關衹能按總開關，那何必費心弄那麼多開關呢？再有電視也是沒法投屏的，不過可以理解，畢竟如果隔壁開電視半層樓都能聽見了，不開為妙。 第四，配套和用心程度，既沒有停車免費，也沒有自己的活動或者紀念品，🙂然後網上定的30分鐘內才免費取消，這樣的話，在評分比較低又沒來過的情況下，很少有人會直接預訂的，畢竟古城裡民宿現在很多了，有人家裡送停車，有人家裡有獨立的陽台或者院子，有人家裡送一些當地特色或者自己的文創品，可能老闆並不在意院子是否盈利，雖然你主動詢問回回答，但是既不會主動詢問客人也不會在意你住的如何，更不太會做服務意識，畢竟能隨便拿出9位數的，人家真不在乎吧… 確實震撼 也確實覺得不夠用心。 總結，可以來體驗一下，自有小院子獨特寧靜的美，夏天招蚊子的要謹慎，睡眠不能達到躺下就打呼嚕的要權衡個人需求是想休息為主還是體驗為主。個人覺得院子還是挺漂亮的 一年四季都有景色 ，很怕熱和很怕冷的都不太建議了，包括皮膚比較敏感的也一定要配長袖長褲呀～ 祝更好。"
