Opened in 2022, the Ejina Xinyi Family Homestay is a great accommodation choice in Ejin Banner. With Ejina Railway Station just 11km away and Taolai Airport only 11km away, transportation is very convenient. Seeing Ejin Banner's sights from this hotel is easy with Datong City Ruins, Ejin Banner Commercial Pedestrian Street and JinHuYang GuoJi FengQing ShangYeJie all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Ejin Banner hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"Self-driving tour for more than ten years, I have lived in various hotels and homestays in large and small places, and wrote a bad review for the first time. Let me talk about the advantages first, the house is quite big, the family lives very spacious, parking downstairs is convenient, and there are many restaurants outside the community. But the house we stayed in during the peak season is suspected to be a room temporarily vacated by the boss. The facilities in the room and the communication method of the boss are a bit unacceptable, especially considering the high price during the peak season (nearly 800 a night).
In terms of facilities, it is understandable that the homestay and the hotel cannot be compared, but when we checked in, we couldn't take a bath at home (the electric water heater was 28 degrees at the time). There were no bath towels, towels, and no slippers for bathing. The store never made any tips on this before moving in. These basic accommodation conditions, if not to the level expected by ordinary people, the store should at least communicate in advance, so that we can be prepared. In addition, there is no drinking water at home, the water pressure in the shower is also very small, there is a half box of paper in the toilet in the nearly 100-square-meter room, the quality of disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste is relatively poor, and there are seals everywhere. I also sent some real pictures of our stay, you can see the difference between the room photos in other comments. I have not lived in other accommodations in Ejina. I don't know if the above situation is normal or special, and I also remind the follow-up residents to pay attention.
In terms of communication, the boss did not take the initiative to inform us of the detailed address and check-in news until the morning of our check-in day. The boss never came when we checked in. The door locks and showers at home were not commonly used styles, which led us to take the initiative to call the boss over and over again to ask how to use them. When asking about the facilities mentioned above, the boss's first reaction was to ask how long we booked the room (we booked it half a month in advance), and I don't know what it has to do with the problem to be solved. When I sent bath towels and slippers, I left without saying a word. From the process of communication to the solution of the problem, the store has no apology. Maybe our standards for outsiders are different from local stores, so the store does not think there is a problem with the room. We contacted a man, and the beautiful boss who sent cantaloupe to other comments was not alone.
Overall, not a very pleasant experience. These questions may have residents who don't mind, but write this evaluation for the reference of the residents who mind."
