25 km south-east of Tampere. Lake Roinejärvi 140 m (length 10 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, firm sanded clay bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter). The cottage is situated in a country village on a hill and the sauna is down by the lake. The nearest neighbour (50 m) is a grain dryer which is used only few weeks in August/September (causes some noise when working and it can be heard on the cabin yard). The next neighbor is a farm house about 150 m away. Smoke sauna and windsurfer available by separate arrangement. Tended ski trails 1,5 km from cottage. Lake Kirkkojärvi famous for birdlife 12 km.

Villa Aura is a new cozy cabin on a sunny plot by lake Ilmoilanselkä. From the balcony on the terrace, you can watch the passing boat traffic. The beautiful lake scenery can also be seen from the large windows. The cabin's three separate bedrooms and new, high-quality Yankee beds enable a peaceful place to sleep during your vacation. The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, which can also be used to cool the cabin. The destination is only rented for a peaceful vacation. The hot tub is available for rent from 1 May to 30 October. The hot tub must be reserved for the entire vacation. 27 km south of Tampere. Lake Mäyhäjärvi 15 m (length 3 km, breadth 850 m), shallow water, sand/mud bottom. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1974, renovated 1992, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, sauna, dressing room. NOTE! There isn't any tv in the cabin even it can be seen in some photos. A road 20 m from the cottage. Ski trail 3 km. Check in/out on Friday. Algal flowering in Lake Mäyhäjärvi restrics some recreational water activities. Swimming might cause skin irritation or itching.

Cottage located in a quiet area close to the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom. Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater. Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet, which also has a washing machine. The covered terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging). A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. Tennis sessions can be booked on site. Instructions for booking can be found at the cottage, in the cottage folder. Pets (small) dogs are allowed for an additional fee. A well-located rental cottage a short distance from the centre of Tampere. Jogging paths start next to the cottage, which take you all the way to the centre of Tampere, even through the Soukonvuori nature reserve. In winter, a good network of cross-country ski trails also starts nearby. Kauppi nature and sports area is located 9 km away. Villa Iloinen is a cosily furnished, spacious cottage with good facilities for spending your vacation. The sleeping places are divided into three floors, so you can easily find a quiet place to sleep in the cabin. Due to the good level of equipment, separate sleeping places and good transit connection the cottage is also suitable for business travel. 35 km southwest of Tampere, Pyhäjärvi 40 m, deep and hard clay beach. Own pier (the water depth at the end of the pier is 2 m), and rowing boat. Log cabin (2019), kitchen on the living floor, living room with a reserve fireplace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, separate toilet, covered terrace. Downstairs, bedroom with one bed, separate toilet, utility room, washroom with two showers, sauna with electric stove, covered terrace. Upstairs, a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm spare bed for two sleepers. Separate beach sauna with fireplace and sauna (wood-heated stove). Steep slope plot, good view of Pyhäjärvi from the cabin. The sun shines well on the beach and the terraces of the cottage. There is a forest between the nearest neighbor (approx. 20 m) and the cottage, so there is no direct line of sight in the summer (the nearest neighbor's cottage is not winter habitable, so the neighbor is further away). Pyhäjärvi's fish stock, e.g. pike perch, pike and perch. A local fishing permit can be purchased from the cottage owner (please also pay the state fishery management fee if necessary, see www.eraluvat.fi/en/fishing). The bedroom has two beds joined together; the owner can separate them upon request. The loft has two box spring beds. The bathroom includes a WC and shower, and the sauna has an electric stove. An air-source heat pump is available for both cooling and heating. A SUP board can be rented from the owner for an additional fee of 35 EUR per stay. The neighboring cabin is Loimu (17287). By booking these two cabins, you can accommodate a group of up to 11 people. Internet is available from the owner.
