I went to Zhuhai for the weekend and saw that this homestay was in Beishan, which was very convenient for visiting Beishan, so I decided to choose it. It was very comfortable to live in it, quiet in the bustling city, the environment outside the window and the layout of the room were very beautiful, the transportation and sanitation were good, and the drive to the beach or shopping mall was also close. I will stay here again next time I come to Zhuhai

The hotel is only 15km from Tangjiawan Railway Station and 65km from Lianzhou Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. This hotel has its good and bad points. Let me start with the good points: it is clean and beautiful, on a high floor with a good view, and has smart home and toilet. The bad part is that there are rooms that are only about 25M but the instructions say they are 45M, so I don’t know where the remaining 20M went! Then comes the view. It said river view but it turned out to be city view. Fortunately it's on a high floor so the city view is acceptable, but it feels a bit mismatched. The room supplies said face towels, soap, and conditioner, but none of them were there. Because I stayed here for 3 consecutive nights, when the cleaning staff came to clean on the first day, he first used his card to open the door. When he found that it couldn't be opened, he knocked on the door vigorously. Then he pressed the key repeatedly in a very urgent manner, as if he wanted to break in. The next day we got up early and went out to eat, thinking that we would let him clean the room without interrupting his work. However, when we returned in the afternoon, no one had cleaned the room. I don’t know what the standards of the cleaning employee are. If he likes someone, he can come. If he doesn’t like someone, he won’t come? ! In the first room, I found that the toilet paper was too little, but I didn't call for paper delivery in the middle of the night. I notified him the next morning, and the paper was delivered, but it looked 🤢 (see picture). Then I asked him for more, and he said that they would add more when they cleaned the room every day. I said that this amount was not enough for a day, so he reluctantly gave me another roll. Toilet paper is rationed, so why are you so reluctant to give a little more? ! All in all, the price of more than 300 yuan for meals is not worth the service level. The most important thing is why there is not enough space of more than 20 square meters for meals? I feel totally cheated.

Service: Because there were two elderly people in our group, they felt that the quilt was thin. After contacting the front desk, they quickly added quilts for us. 👍🏻 It’s very quick to ride a bicycle from the hotel to Xiawan Night Market. I went to feel the atmosphere of the night market on the second night of my stay.

Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

The lobby attendants are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are complete, the hygiene level is satisfactory, the place is clean, we will come again next time, and we will recommend it to our friends!

The apartment is fully equipped with facilities for cooking and washing, but it is not very useful. The sanitation is normal and acceptable. I mainly care about the windows and no strange smell. Fuhuali is downstairs, very convenient for shopping and eating It is not realistic to walk to Gongbei Port for 40 minutes. It takes only 20 minutes to ride a shared bike, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The service is very good, responsive and not verbose
