I went to Linhai for a trip some time ago and came across this B&B called Sanfu Yizhai. The experience was perfect!
As soon as I stepped into the B&B, I was attracted by the quaint architectural style, the flying eaves and carvings, and the full historical charm, as if I had traveled back to the old times. The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, the linens are clean and tidy, and every detail is carefully considered. Moreover, the location of the B&B is superb. It is within walking distance of surrounding attractions and food streets, making travel very convenient. The boss was very hospitable and not only helped plan the tour route, but also recommended many local specialties. I was really satisfied with my stay this time. Next time I come to Linhai, I will definitely choose this place again!

The location is good, as you walk out to Ziyang Street, close to Xingshan Gate. The road is easy to find. The courtyard is well arranged, and you can sit outside if you want. The room was clean and there was no peculiar smell in the bathroom, but there seemed to be some odor when flushing the toilet.

The location is very convenient, Wuyi Beigushan concentrated parking, the bus is sent to Xingshan Gate, and when you enter the city, you will walk to the hotel with the root of the wall. The garden-style hotel layout is a sight. I feel very good when I come back. When the guests come back, they will make white fungus soup and grass frozen. At night, the guests will return to get off work. The key is that there is a small door directly up the city building. When I am tired from walking back from the Range Rover Gate, I don't want to go forward and go directly back to the hotel.

The B&B is located in the core area of Ziyang Street. You can drive directly to the parking lot and take the elevator to the hotel. It takes half an hour by taxi to Linhai Station, and it is a 5-minute walk to Longxing Temple and Fucheng Xingshan Gate. It is very convenient and labor-saving.
After the reservation is successful, the proprietress will contact you on WeChat to send the location and precautions, and will give practical travel suggestions throughout the stay! The boss communicated in advance and helped us carry our luggage. He was very considerate. First of all, the hotel is pet-friendly. Before check-in, the housekeeper specially contacted to ask about the check-in time, whether there is a preference, and whether to bring pets; after understanding that there are octogenarians, I specifically asked if I need to arrange the first floor.
The appearance of the hotel is very ordinary. There is a small door on the edge of the old street, but there is a hole in the sky. It is a shallow pool where you can play in the water. The hotel has planted a lot of beautiful plants and a cute cat.
The room is small but very clean, especially worth mentioning is to eat! The aunt at the hotel is really good at craftsmanship. The flat food is better than the one we ordered in the restaurant outside. Afternoon tea is arranged every afternoon, and there are different porridges before going to bed. The housekeeper's little brother is also responsive. I heard that their house also has a homestay in Xianju. It has already planted grass. I will try it next time.

After getting off the car and walking through the stream in front of the door, I felt that I was integrated into the environment of the mountains all of a sudden⛰️⛰️, and my brain was instantly empty💨🥃🥃We brought our own wine (my friend can mix it) and a lot of things. The owner was very enthusiastic to see us partying and let us use the karaoke room for free🎤, and we were happy until 11:30 and then went to bed💤💤
The next morning, when I opened the window, I was healed by the morning air in the mountains. I could go out for a walk along the mountain road. The homestay provides homemade breakfast (homemade noodles🍜🍜, which is too friendly for us who have been drinking all night) and you can do morning exercises with the owner (maybe it was Ba Duan Jin🧍🏻♀️I forgot a little bit), learn tea art🫖🍵, drink tea and chat, and they also provide Hanfu for taking pictures🤳🤳.
