The staff was also very friendly. There are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi!

Not far from Kona Airport, the whole resort is very large, suitable for leisure travel in Kona, close to coffee farms and submarines. Although the room is old, it is well maintained, with complete facilities, good value for money, and no mosquitoes on the second floor. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is very small and the water is not very clean. The hotel is close to the beach, but not directly on the beach, you have to cross the road. It is far away from the main attractions Mauna Kea and Volcano Park.

The hotel itself is OK, but the front desk system has been having problems. After I checked out, I was deducted 13 times for a check-out tax of $28, 12 times more. The trip customer service and the hotel verified that they only received one time. I sent an email and called the hotel but received no response, they were arguing and shirking responsibility. Now I have applied for a chargeback from the bank, and it will take one to three months to get a result. 345 US dollars (more than 2,600 RMB) was overcharged for nothing. I still hope that the platform and the hotel can confirm that my money can be returned as soon as possible.
