I came in town for Carnival weekend and unfortunately had an entire debacle when it came to my rental car and ended up taking Uber and Lyft rides the entire trip. But my stay at this hotel was literally perfect. I was checked in by Anthony who was extremely helpful and always willing to help with a smile (does this man sleep I saw him work every shift - or at least it felt like it). Devon and Anne at the desk were available and helpful anytime I needed anything. And Angela in the restaurant, talk about anticipating needs of the guests! Angela was on it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree and will made sure to stay again when I return to the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.

The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly, the facilities were acceptable but with some problems such as the coffee table and the dining table were shaky” which made them somewhat unstable and the door of the year damaged…things that can be solved. In terms of cleanliness, it was quite good, but the floor of the room had sand and was not completely clean. Comfortable and clean beds. Excellent location.

The hotel is ok. Typical condo hotel, facilities and services can not be compared. Valet parking must be paid in advance and cannot be posted directly to the room, which is very tricky. Housekeeping service is also average, everything is hasty. There was an iron in the room but no ironing board. I called the hotel waiter to pick it up and waited a long time. 35 dollars a day of resort fee can not enjoy anything. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is cheap and close to the beach.

Nice place to stay at with multiple places to shop and eat within 5 minutes of the place. It took had a great view of the waters. Staff very friendly. To really make your check in easy, use the pre check in before you arrive. You will receive a text with a link. Enter your information, payment, ID, and you will get your key card at check in. When I arrived I had four people ahead of me and each one of them have to provide payment, ID and sign paperwork. Probably took 15 minutes for each guest where it took 5 minutes.

My husband is disabled and I have to bring his big oxygen machine and scooter with us . The valet Parker’s were incredible as soon as we pulled up they had the scooter all put together and the heavy oxygen machine out of the car. It was amazing. We own side was the food for room service my chicken was very large and dry. But on the good news they didnt charge me for it they were very apologetic. Room was very clean overall great stay I would stay there again.

Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends.
