Popular Hoi An 4-star Hotels

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small. Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

◎ Good points Bathroom ventilation is insanely good Hair dryer is powerful There are many lights in the room and it is bright Water server on the first floor is convenient × Bad points When you use the shower, you can take the edge of the bathtub The floor gets wet There is no door chain and I am worried about crime prevention, but I think it is reasonable to integrate the location, facilities, and prices. Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Very good hotel. Although it is a bit biased, the surrounding is quiet, and it takes 10 minutes to go to the city by bicycle, which is unique. The service is very good and the hotel staff is very good.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, and hotel located at just a 5 mins walk to the night market. Upgraded our room to have balcony and river facing without much hassle. The staff are helpful and accommodating. However, we felt the indoor pool is small and the pool water is stagnant, hence not comfortable to dip into it although the weather is very hot during our visit.

Excellent boutique hotel with amazing staff! We weren’t expecting much but were blown away by both the staff and quality of the rooms. We will return.

The environment is very beautiful, laid back and has a nice pool. It is about 30 minutes walk from the center of Hoi An. There is a shuttle bus, but there are not many flights, so taxis are very convenient. Only the breakfast quality is average.

We had a wonderful,very memorable holiday at Mulberry Silk Eco in Hoi An. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast daily was delicious. The staff here are amazing so friendly and helpful. Our lovely receptionists Hoa Do, Hien and Vy were so friendly and helpful. Always checking to see if we were happy and comfortable. In the dining room both Dao and Oanh were so helpful cooking our omelettes and taking very good care of us. Our Bell Man Nhien (Mickey) was so friendly and caring. Very sad to leave. These people we leave as friends and will be returning again very soon.Thank you all so much. Xx

Best location (5 minutes walk to Old Town) Breakfast (I don’t know because I haven’t tried it) Swimming pool (higher and lower for children and adults to play) Room (clean itself, very cool refrigerator) It was a very pretty hotel that I liked. The staff are very friendly
