Popular Hoi An 4-star Hotels

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Very good hotel. Although it is a bit biased, the surrounding is quiet, and it takes 10 minutes to go to the city by bicycle, which is unique. The service is very good and the hotel staff is very good.

Excellent hotel. Clean, nice, modern and a great value. Friendly staff and all were helpful over my 4 days and 3 nights. Sarah at the front desk was an excellent help several times. Good breakfast. Good fitness center / gym. Nice pool. Room was large and clean, plus had a balcony. Overall, a positive stay and was pleased with it. I would stay here again.

This property has the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team of staff. Although not everyone is perfectly fluent in English, their comprehension in understanding your needs is perfect. They strive to make your stay enjoyable and in that they did. We had a memorable stay.

It's a little far from Nihonbashi, but it was convenient to go by grab bike! The breakfast isn't that great, but I think it's a good deal because it includes breakfast for 2 people at this price. The bed was big and comfortable!

The environment is very beautiful, laid back and has a nice pool. It is about 30 minutes walk from the center of Hoi An. There is a shuttle bus, but there are not many flights, so taxis are very convenient. Only the breakfast quality is average.

We were very happy with the services provided by the customer service staff, Ms Quyen. She was detailed in her explanation and provided the extra mile to make us feel comfortable despite some hip cups with the room air-conditioning. Nevertheless, the hotel management should ensure the hotel lobby was more comfortable for the guests as most of the time there was no air-conditioning at the lobby despite the hot weather. A very short walk to the olld town.

We had a wonderful,very memorable holiday at Mulberry Silk Eco in Hoi An. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast daily was delicious. The staff here are amazing so friendly and helpful. Our lovely receptionists Hoa Do, Hien and Vy were so friendly and helpful. Always checking to see if we were happy and comfortable. In the dining room both Dao and Oanh were so helpful cooking our omelettes and taking very good care of us. Our Bell Man Nhien (Mickey) was so friendly and caring. Very sad to leave. These people we leave as friends and will be returning again very soon.Thank you all so much. Xx

✅The Gem Riverside Hotel is a hidden treasure in the quiet but very convenient location to get around anywhere within walking distance like Hoi An old town, The memories of the Hoi An show, Thu Bồn river boat rides, Riverside street foods, and much more. By the way, this hotel is also located in front of the quiet river. ✅we got a warm welcome by the front desk on our early arrival. Miss Mai & Mr. Binh were able to arrange the early check-in of our room at no additional charge. Thanks! ✅The early breakfast was home cooking upon the customer’s request. I love the Mi Quang noodles and fresh rare beef Pho with all the fresh fruits from local markets. 🎈We will go to this Hotel again for sure due to its services and very reasonable price.
