Popular Hoi An 4-star Hotels

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small. Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! I had an exceptional stay in this hotel. Nice fusion of antique and modern style design. Service was the best of all hotels I stayed in this trip (8 resorts and hotels from Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The manager came out and greet you at your breakfast and recommend places and answer questions. The beach she recommened was dreamy. I don't like too crowded but Ha My Beach was sandy beach from horizon to horizon. There were like 10 people on the entire beach. Food was great too. Not heavily spiced like some of the foods on the street. Buffet style breakfast with omelette and pho on request. I almost regret I only stayed 2 nights here.

Leo and Summer provided outstanding service and the hotel was at a fantastic location. Highly recommended if in Hoi An. Awesome experience overall and hotel catered for all the family and tours as well as food. I would highly recommend if coming to Hoi An

Good access to old town and night market. The smiles and attentiveness of the hotel staff were good, and the breakfast was delicious, mainly consisting of Vietnamese dishes. There was no staff who could speak Japanese, but you can communicate using a translation app. It's a pity that the room wasn't along the river, but the interior is retro and relatively clean. We had a great time in Hoi An. Thank you for two days.

The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities are sufficient and complete. Breakfast buffet bar with various choices, There are even kids’ favorites like corn chips and chocolate rice.

Close to Old Town! The pool is very pretty and nice, but I couldn't use it because I didn't have time ㅠㅠ The staff are very friendly! The view is very beautiful! I can see baby houses and hear chicken cries in the morning ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ bike ride from Old Town? The view is pretty and comfortable when you take the same thing to the hostel! Recommended ~

We were very happy with the services provided by the customer service staff, Ms Quyen. She was detailed in her explanation and provided the extra mile to make us feel comfortable despite some hip cups with the room air-conditioning. Nevertheless, the hotel management should ensure the hotel lobby was more comfortable for the guests as most of the time there was no air-conditioning at the lobby despite the hot weather. A very short walk to the olld town.

We had a wonderful,very memorable holiday at Mulberry Silk Eco in Hoi An. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast daily was delicious. The staff here are amazing so friendly and helpful. Our lovely receptionists Hoa Do, Hien and Vy were so friendly and helpful. Always checking to see if we were happy and comfortable. In the dining room both Dao and Oanh were so helpful cooking our omelettes and taking very good care of us. Our Bell Man Nhien (Mickey) was so friendly and caring. Very sad to leave. These people we leave as friends and will be returning again very soon.Thank you all so much. Xx

✅The Gem Riverside Hotel is a hidden treasure in the quiet but very convenient location to get around anywhere within walking distance like Hoi An old town, The memories of the Hoi An show, Thu Bồn river boat rides, Riverside street foods, and much more. By the way, this hotel is also located in front of the quiet river. ✅we got a warm welcome by the front desk on our early arrival. Miss Mai & Mr. Binh were able to arrange the early check-in of our room at no additional charge. Thanks! ✅The early breakfast was home cooking upon the customer’s request. I love the Mi Quang noodles and fresh rare beef Pho with all the fresh fruits from local markets. 🎈We will go to this Hotel again for sure due to its services and very reasonable price.
