Perfect place and host was friendly and informative

Really nice small Hotel Managed by friendly Vietnamese Woman. Managed nearly everything when you want. Always helpful and speaks English! The pool in the back was a nice feature and a refreshing change after a sunny beach day. The beach was not so far away 5-10min by feet away. Tasty Breakfast and made on order. We had a wonderful stay and want to say Thank you. Taxi to Hoi An ~4$ one way in 08/2023.

Good location, clean hotel, swimming pool. Clean linen and towels. Not far from the beach. Cleaned every day Cons: there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and if you do not open the door, the bathroom will be very hot and stuffy. There is not enough mirror in the room.

Ms Hien is very nice, the room is clean and the view is spectacular. Also you can swim in the pool and enjoy the coconut trees and the lake. If you want to stay at a cozy enviroment, this is your place. Feels like home. You can book tours and trasnfer in the same place with Ms Hiens help. She is one of the wonderwomen of Vietnam.

Wowwww! This place has been amazing! Vietnamese people are very nice generally, but the family there is the sweetest! The place is great, the room, the swimming pool, and above all to me, this location so peaceful in this nice little neighborhood, along the river... woooooowwww! I'm thinking to send some relative from France to this place just to feel how nice and paradisiac Vietnam can be! The little coffee they do, me drinking it watching the sunset somewhere there, on the riverside... And this, at a walking distance (maybe 200 0r 300 meters) to the beach!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sands River Hoi An! The villa was very beautiful, clean and cool. It has a great location by the river and walking distance to the beach. It's a quick ride away from Hoi An Old Town. The wifi was strong as well. Plus, the staff was super nice and helpful! She helped us book tours and also made delicious food. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Ms. Hien is really cute and helpful. The ambient of the whole place is calming and magnificent with a nice view. It is still perfect if you just want to have a nice relaxing day doing nothing at the pool side. You can even borrow bicycle and go to the beach nearby.

Clean and comfy rooms with a nice pool. Great food and close to the beach. Only a short "Grab" ride from the middle of Hot An. The star of our stay was, however, Hien the owner/manager who made our stay. She is so helpful, charming and kind - she made our stay.

Good accommodation, location and host. Very quiet area for family, the place is near the river and beach walking distance. We definitely recommend this beautiful Homestay For future travellers. Very closed to go to Old town 15 min driving.

We met a cery friendly owner and a very big room which is clean and comfortable. The sourrauuding is also very beautiful with a short walk to the beach where not many people were and a beautiful river at the other side. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing place to stay when visiting Cua Dai beach at Hoi An. To the white sand beach it was only 5 min walk. Extra Super friendly and kind lady host Mrs. Hien. Brekfast was rich and delicous, every morning fresh fruits and fresh juice, rooms very clean and bathroom nice and in good condition. House situates in nice and quiet area, we slept like a babies. Swimming pool was great and pergola area next to it. The hostess offered several services, we went to Coconut Forest and basket boat trip (which is really close to this host's place) and also took a massage in her partner service supplier (Thi Thi Spa). Left the place happy and satisfied. Warmly reccommend!

We absolutely loved our Sands River Villa! Our host, Hien, was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and gave us recommendations of what to do in Hoi An. By the time we left, we felt like she was a good friend. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning as well. The view from our room was stunning and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A definite recommend!
