Cozy and atmospheric hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts (small buffet with fruits and pastries + 1 dish/person to choose from the menu).
There is a yoga area, hammocks and swings on the territory, lots of places to sit. Cool pool, there is a deep part.
There are bicycles and helmets (free), as well as motorbikes (200k).
The only downsides are stains on robes and towels.

Good for a quiet rest
Being in Hoi An Old Town, it's a different world.
If you walk, there are nice cafes with non-view views.
It was good for a break during a tight schedule.
It was also nice to see older foreigners taking a leisurely rest.

This charming little hotel truly lives up to its 'zen' name, nestled slightly away from Hoi An. The garden is stunning, surrounded by lotus flowers, palm, and banana trees. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with the icing on the cake being a bathtub overlooking the garden. The staff are delightful. Breakfast is decent, and you can pre-order more elaborate dishes the evening before. Bikes are available to explore the charming countryside, where you'll find rice paddies and roads lined with pleasant Vietnamese cafes and restaurants. The beach isn't far either, but we chose to enjoy the magnificent pool instead. I highly recommend it.

Total Zen
After sleepless night in one of the Da Nang’s beach hotel (due to loud music from local beach club), we wanted few days/nights in peace and quiet. We’ve found this hotel and we’re not disseminated.
Total Zen away from noise. Beautiful stay with plenty relaxing areas to explore. Short drive to Hoi An and near by beach.
This is the kind of place you want to come back, and we will next time for longer.

Beautiful, remote location, 3-4km away from busy Hoi An center or equally to the beach. Easy to get to those places by bike, motorbike or Grab. Super well maintained garden and beautiful pool surrounded by lots of cared for trees and plants and a pond. Palapa to stretch in the morning. Courteous staff. Good breakfast options. Comfortable and large room with views and big shower and bath. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the calm lake view room with the beautiful bathroom. It was lovely but what makes this hotel is the staff. They are all incredible. So friendly and warm and helpful. We ate there a couple of evenings as well and the food was fabulous. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good too. We used the free shuttle to Hoi an and borrowed bikes and rode to the beach. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and I recommend to anyone thinking about it.

This is a small resort, near to the rice fields, away from the tourist crowds in hoi an. The Team is very very friendly and helpful. You feel like Family from the First Day on. The rooms are nice. The surrounding is kept clean, Lots of flowers and small tables to sit in the Garden and enjoy the pool. Breakfast is good, You Even have a main course to choose in the evening and there is a small buffet too. The pho is Great !! Room service also very good and i can also recommend the Massage with you can Book in your Room. The Team helps with trips you want to do and also offers a free shuttle to the City Center. Its only a Short Ride by Taxi. Thanks for everything !

It is a lovely place situated outside town but very good connected and easy to reach the old town, hotel offers you 2 transport a day to shopping areas and 2 back to the hotel. They are very quick to answer messages and solve whatever you need. It was until today the best bed in Vietnam, and the people working at the hotel they are all amazing, specially Uyen and Thoi.
