Location of this hotel was very good. Most of the major view points were just in a walking distance.
The hotel is old but not in good maintenance.
Amenities were old and did not feel comfortable to use it.
The breakfast quantity was limited. If they were busy and you were a bit late(30min before closing), there would be a little left for you.

The location is good, right next to the Japanese town. The deluxe room was spacious, but it was old and had a lot of smells. The bathroom flooded when I took a bath, so it was inconvenient to use.
