Good place to stay, Close to the japanese area. Clean and comfort.

Here’s my review for 1 night stay. My observation: The location is fantastic, everything else are average. The wifi was not up to the standard as a result I have to use my own data which was not good. One more thing is that the address is address from the email. Therefore I hope they can improve these 2 things. The stay are value for money though! E

Got canceled one day before trip due to room under maintenance on countdown day

I think the carpet was very dirty when I got out of the elevator on the 8th floor, I don't remember clearly. The room I was given was not the one I booked. I later asked to transfer back to the room I booked, but it was sold out, so I was given this room.

Everything is bad. It's either this or that. It's really, really bad.

This time I stayed in a two-bedroom room. It was a spacious room at a very reasonable price. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had hot water. There was also a bathtub. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and massage parlors around the hotel, so the location is great. However, there are very few services. However, I think it's good for people who are happy just to stay overnight. It suited me, so I'll use it again.

This is the first time I live in such an apartment. The location is very convenient and the cost is very cheap. If you just like nightlife and stay for one night before leaving, this place is okay. But after entering the room, there is no power supply, no towels, go to the first floor to ask the reception staff for help, just give you a bad face, and then slowly go up to the third floor to turn on the main switch, and then turn on the room switch after entering the room, how are you so stupid Attitude. The environment was not cleaned, two pillowcases, one of which smelled. The TV can't be turned on, neither the manual nor the remote control works. The air conditioner in the room was not working. In addition, the attitude of the reception staff was very impatient, and when they asked more questions, they said they could not understand English. The worst thing is to leave 10 minutes late and ask you to pay an extra 1 million VND. If you are a local, you should not be treated like this.

Quite cheap for the location. Japanese street so it'll be quite loud at night but that not a big problem for me. They do not clean your room until you ask. But when I check in the room was clean and tidy and 7th floor was airy. And I reduce 1 star cuz I had to ask for new towel after cleaning. Cuz it's so cheap for the location, easy to travel for business so it's good for me.

The rooms were dirty initially no towels. The staff were unhelpful. To top it all there was a music venue that played loud music until 2 am making it impossible to sleep. Avoid like the plague. It is close to the centre.
