Room is wet because of shower inside and no ventilation. No cups in the room. No soap. Room was dirty

We stayed as a family of 4, the location is great, there are all the amenities, there are some scuffs, repairs are needed somewhere, but everything suited us, the main thing was hot water, the air conditioner worked (there are two of them), comfortable beds, and there was a balcony with a picturesque view.
