No frills but you have everything you need - laundry, dryer, kitchen, all fully functional. No issues with noises at night. Check in and check out were efficient, fast and seamless. Their staff were all really kind and sweet though not chatty. I had a scare though - their doors have a dent (to accommodate the poor placement of the towel rack). I thought i caused the dent.

The room is clean and spacious, more than enough space for a solo traveller. There is also laundry service, making it convenient to wash clothes!

Really nice hotel, however sound proofing was really poor so I could hear the noise of the lift, cars and bikes easily.

Very nice location, tucked away in a quiet corner that guarantees peace and quiet at night, but within reach of the bustling city centre. Very clean room and friendly staff.

It was close enough to downtown District 1 and within walking distance of Tan Dinh Market in District 3. It had a washer/dryer, a simple kitchen, free coffee, and a space to relax, so even though the room itself was minimal, it was nice to be able to use the hotel's facilities as if it were home.
