No frills but you have everything you need - laundry, dryer, kitchen, all fully functional. No issues with noises at night. Check in and check out were efficient, fast and seamless. Their staff were all really kind and sweet though not chatty. I had a scare though - their doors have a dent (to accommodate the poor placement of the towel rack). I thought i caused the dent.

Really nice hotel, however sound proofing was really poor so I could hear the noise of the lift, cars and bikes easily.

Amazing service! Comfortable and modern and spacious and clean room! By many nice restaurants and coffee shops! And feels very local! Highly recommend it!

It was close enough to downtown District 1 and within walking distance of Tan Dinh Market in District 3. It had a washer/dryer, a simple kitchen, free coffee, and a space to relax, so even though the room itself was minimal, it was nice to be able to use the hotel's facilities as if it were home.

Although the trip was quite short, I had a very good experience with the Village at Dien Bien Phu facility. The Village is close to attractive tourist destinations in the city center. The common living area is spacious and tidy. The private rooms are just enough, not too little, not too much. There is a small problem that the walls are thin so the soundproofing is not very good.
