Amenities (toilet) sucks, shower head does not have a holder to hold the head. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash all smells the same. Only provide one big towel. Room still smells of cigarette even though it had been aired out. Remote for tv works intermittent. Tv shows the LED shines brightly in the background. Door lock looks suspiciously weak. Staff is friendly, location is good.

It’s ok to stay 1 or maximum 2 days, a lot of companies just downstairs who provide transportation service and you can easily go to other cities with bus (sleeping bus). 10-15 minutes walking from Ben Thanh Market.

The hotel was very wonderful and very kind and understanding. They allowed me to do early check in and was very accommodating to my needs. Additionally the location was vert good near many kf the local attractions Great stay and would return ~

It is okay for solo traveler. It is just missing a shampoo rack in the shower area. I put my toiletries on the floor since they dont have it. but i think in other rooms they have it installed. Overall, staff are nice and can speak English fluently so i didn’t get a problem talking to them.

Doesn’t look like the picture. The rooms are abit dirty. They don’t change towels daily. They leave the towel of other people use from the previous check out. Have small bugs. Rooms are small.

I recently stayed at The Noble Swan Wood Park Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was excellent, with many tourist attractions and shopping centers within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided great service, making me feel at home. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, including a 24-hour front desk, elevator, and WiFi in public areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the aircon was a bit noisy. The hotel's breakfast was available in some rooms, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite old, but the staff did their best to maintain it. The hotel's location near Tan Son Nhat Airport was convenient for my travel plans. Overall, I would recommend The Noble Swan Wood Park Hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. It's a great choice for backpackers and families alike.
