Family-friendly Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

Fantastic hotel with hot shower, clean towels, daily cleaning, 24/7 gym and laundry. Check in was quick and easy. Room includes TV with some English channels plus wake up call device. You can also choose to do your own laundry here. One load in the washer and dryer is 50,000 VND each, about 2 USD. There are only two machines each so it may get busy. The only downside is it’s on the edge of District 1 so you need to take a Grab. It’s not expensive but may take 15 minutes or so depending on traffic.

Great hotel, convenient location, good for work trip. Suggest to stay nearer to city center if you are help for travel! Staff dropped my giraffe and didnt pick it up tho!

Location was great for being close to the airport for a layover. Walking distance to shopping mall, convenience store and a nice roof top pool with a view of the planes landing was great for the kids to see. Room was spacious for us being a family with 2 kids, we had a suite and we added an extra bed. I found the carpet to be dirty and the shower had mold but apart from that the rooms are comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.

Location is great, right to a lot of sightseeing places and shopping arcades as well as restaurants. However the hotel is a bit too extravagant in deco and the noise isolation is really below par.

I instantly fell in love with this place, it feels like a true home away from home. Having stayed at many 4-star and 5-star hotels, this one is now my top choice in Saigon for me and my family. A 24 hr convenient store right across the street. From now on, I'll be booking here and nowhere else!

The hotel is located in District one. It's very convenient to go to the sightseeing places. It takes about 15 minutes by foot or just 5 minutes by car to those big shopping malls such as Saigon Centre or Takashiyama. The hotel room has been renovated. It's clean and spacious. The hotel package not only includes breakfast but also afternoon tea set everyday. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Conveniently located near the airport with an excellent pool. Room was okay. Bar in the hotel was very expensive for drinks that can be had elsewhere at a fraction of the cost.

It was nothing like the pictures on the ad. We did have 3 bedrooms but the appartement looked nothing like the pictures, not even close. It was old and moldy and didn’t have much of anything to use in it. But it was close to a few good restaurants and 7elevens and the people were super nice. It was convenient and easy to check in and communicate. Pleasant owner. The AC worked in all the rooms and it was clean. Very bad smell from the bathroom pipes at night but that’s out of their control. It was very safe and good service. Our stay was pleasant regardless and we really enjoyed our time in Ho Chi Minh City.
