The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive

The hotel location is very good, very close to the central station, taxi normally within five euros, but too close to the driver to make a detour to make money, Italy, understandably, we were detoured ten euros. The hotel is very beautiful, very good stay experience, comfortable, elegant, breakfast and dinner are great, wine is also very good, highly recommended!

2) Room was extremely clean - housekeeper put a seal on the toilet seat.
3) Dinning room overlooks a beautiful courtyard.

Stayed here for 3 nights, never felt like staying in a 4* in any way. The only good things about the hotel were its location and some options for breakfast. During my stay, I never felt welcome here. No one even had the courtesy to even say 'good morning' or 'welcome'. This was probably one of the places where the reception staff is equally rude and cold as the restaurant staff. What kind of 4* hotel restaurant has a single coffee machine which servers one cup at a time ? Or a single toaster which can toast only one bread at a time ? What kind of 4* hotel doesn't have an electric kettle in the room ? When asked for a kettle, the reception staff throws terrible attitude at you like ”Do you know it is not included in your package ? Ok, let me think about doing this as a favour for you”. Wi-Fi was terrible most of the time. I would recommend not to throw money by staying here, there are many better options around.

Nice hotel however the service s terrible! Before we arrived I write the concierge for specific restaurant recommendations. He merely cut and pasted tourist information for 23 restaurants, only of which four met my criteria. Wrote another concierge asking for recommendations for stores that sold handmade gloves. He replied by cutting and pasting tourist information for 33 stores that included Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tiffany’s… When I clarified in a follow up email that I was looking for a store that only sold gloves made in Italy and not chain stores where I could buy merchandise online, he merely replied by giving me the names of the streets by the Spanish Steps and said to look for a shop in that area! I then contacted the hotel manager who merely apologized instead of telling me that 1 block from the hotel was the glove store I was looking for! When you ask for a taxi, the bellmen tell you to go around the firmer to the taxi stand and try to flag one down! When we arrived, five bellman were chatting with each other and no one helped with our luggage! Laziness on the part of the staff prevails and the mgmt. doesn’t find it important enough to correct.

I stayed 4 nights at Palazzo Montemartini with my family during our Italy trip. The property is very well maintained and the location is convenient (right across the main train station). Very helpful staff and outstanding service all around. They have a beautiful spa, and we even had time for a 1 hour massage with my son, which I highly recommend (they definitely knew what they where doing). Th building itself looks very Roman and historic, but the interior and the rooms have a much more modern feel. They have a nice rooftop terrace wit great views of Rome. The restaurant was also very beautifully decorated with excellent food options to choose from. There was some elevator issues, but I'm sure it was only temporary, besides there are enough elevators to not make it a big deal. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!!!

I recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially those arriving in Rome on the train, as it is very close and easy to find. The staff worked hard and helped make our stay great. This hotel has all the charm of a 1960s hotel but with all the updates to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, and the bathrooms were large. It includes a tasty breakfast with many choices.

The hotel is very luxuriously decorated and the rooms are large in size. We also have a welcome wine. Good location, opposite the US Consulate, not far from the Vatican. The service is warm and thoughtful. The service is very good, the quality of the toiletries is high, the heating is too strong and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. YYUTINGThe breakfast was great, there was free afternoon tea, and the front desk and restaurant service were very friendly and attentive. Especially the restaurant, small but very chic, the breakfast is also very complete. The hotel rooms in the Roman city are relatively small, but they are still very clean and tidy. The only thing that is lacking is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit rudimentary.

Arranged airport pick up which went smoothly. Check in at hotel easy and quick. Hotel is well placed for visits with the ”hop on hop off” bus stop literally around the corner. Room was very comfortable with a huge bed. Bed linen and towels of good quality. Large Italian shower with good water pressure. Breakfast typical Italien, that is to say ”sweet” but they did have bacon and scambled eggs yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The restsurant next door was ok but nothing special. Overall we had a very pleasant 3 night stay and if we wete to visit Rome again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose La Residenza. Highly recommended.

AAreeModern facilities and experiences were built in the old house. The room was relatively large, with a view from the window. It was not far from the surrounding attractions. There was a supermarket opposite, which was great. Unfortunately, my passport and 2,000 euros were stolen on the bus in Rome. My mood fell to the bottom and I was a little afraid of Rome. Fortunately, my compatriots at the embassy urgently processed travel permits and provided cash assistance, so I was able to return home safely.

When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.
