Very clean. The location is fantastic. The tram stop is just a few meters outside the hotel. You will get anywhere in sentrum in just a few minutes. Very friendly staff, and great service overall.

Very Good

I recently stayed at Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima for a few nights—this was my second visit. Overall, it’s a great place, but a few small issues have started to surface.
Positives:
The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive.
You receive fresh towels, pajamas, and cleaning amenities daily.
Good location, making it convenient for exploring Hiroshima.
Areas for Improvement:
Limited showers: Only three per floor, shared by many guests. At peak times, you might wait over an hour, and by then, the showers can be a bit dirty (e.g., hair left behind).
Laundry bottleneck: Each floor has just one washer and dryer. The dryer is especially slow—it took four 30-minute cycles just to dry six t-shirts.
Vending machines lack variety: No cola or Pepsi—just beer and water. Not a major issue, but worth noting.
Fridge access is inconvenient: The communal fridge is behind reception, meaning you must hand over items to staff. A small fridge on each floor would be much more practical.
Worn-out mattresses: The memory foam mattresses have sunk in from overuse. They haven’t been flipped or replaced, which leads to uncomfortable sleep and back/hip pain.
Final Thoughts:
Despite these downsides, I would stay here again. However, guests should be prepared for some minor inconveniences. If the hotel made a few simple upgrades—like replacing mattresses, improving laundry facilities, and adding accessible fridges—it could easily be one of the best capsule hotels in Hiroshima.

Friendly staff helps with all questions. Upon check-in, you are given a set of pajamas and disposable items. You can arrive earlier and leave your things for free. On the street, I didn’t immediately notice the sign that the hotel was on the 4th floor.

It was a capsule hotel that was not a capsule. It was very clean, and there were lockers in the rooms, so it was safe and convenient. The amenities were perfect, and they even provided pajamas, so I was able to stay there comfortably. I hope they spread this to other cities too.

The hotel is centrally located and not far from Hiroshima Station. The sights and the city center with its shopping opportunities are also within walking distance.
The semi-private cabins are adequate in terms of space. However, the option to install wider lockers or storage space above the tables is wasted.
Unfortunately, a refrigerator is only available at reception and not in the lounge. Unfortunately, the lounge is also sparsely and poorly designed. The showers, sinks, and toilets, however, are clean and well-stocked. The fact that disposable syringes and towels are replaced daily is also a positive.
The beds are unfortunately a bit worn, and even after I mentioned this and was given a new room, the bed was only slightly better. These urgently need to be replaced. However, the price was reasonable.
For the reasons stated above, the overall rating can only be described as satisfactory.

Amazing

The location was good and the price was cheap, so it was good. I'm not sure if it was my phone's problem, but I was really sad that the wifi didn't work on the first day even though I connected to it, but fortunately it worked well the next day. It was inconvenient that the shower worked a little short.
