The room had a strange smell as soon as I entered. There were no toiletries or slippers, so I requested them, but room service did not bring any . My stay fell far below expectations for a Hilton hotel.

The staff in the hotel's restaurant are friendly. There are not slippers, toothbrush and other essential commodities in the room. But they are available upon request.

Really enjoy the breakfast buffet at OXBO cafe. We were being served by Ayshea and we want to thank you for her great service everyday. She always have a smile on her face which is very important to make us a good day. I would also like to praise Sharan who helped us with the check in, she is very patient and taking good care of us.

Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.

Booked a king bed but got a two single bed room. I was very tired just away from the train so did not argue but that should not be what I deserve to get

Overall the hotel was tidy and clean, tho the room was a bit doom and dark. Great breakfast and even allow to bring to room to eat.

Very disappointed that I turned up and there was no pool even though in the photo on Skyscanner that directed me to book with trip.com there was a pool and in the description a steam room too.
