Everything is good as expected. The only downside is if you have heavy languages, you have to carry them through the stairs. Not a dealbreaker

It was a great place since I love onsen! Also it had great amenities that you can enjoy. Clean and nice staff that will assist you.

There is no bathroom in the room. You need to go to the big bath. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it. Otherwise, it is a steep slope and you will have to walk a long way. You need to change into slippers when entering and leaving the hotel, which is quite troublesome. The hot water from the tap is limited and you have to boil it when you run out.

The environment is not very good, and the facilities and some regulations make people feel very inconvenient. The person at the front desk has difficulty communicating. He keeps shirking responsibility, is slow in doing things, and has a very bad attitude. You may not have had such an experience before. This hotel room does not have a shower room, but it forces customers to go to the hot spring for consumption. It feels like bullying foreigners when traveling in a foreign country. All the rules are to guide you to consume first, and then tell you that this thing will be charged, and the charges are not clearly marked. We stayed for two days in total. On the first day, he only asked us if we wanted breakfast and told us that there was only one dinner left. Then he told us that if we canceled dinner, the money would not be refunded. We accepted. But didn't have dinner. The next day the front desk gave us the bill and told us that we needed to pay the full price for three people for breakfast and dinner yesterday. We booked a double bed. We originally wanted to travel with friends and squeeze in some sleep, but since there were three of us, he told us that the room could only accommodate one person and asked us to make up for the so-called two-person fee, which was equivalent to another person. I booked two rooms, and the bill showed that I needed to pay an additional RMB 5,000. When he asked us if we wanted breakfast, he didn't tell us that breakfast would be charged, and there was no clear charging standard in the lobby. The service attitude was very poor. We were traveling outside and were very tired when we came back at night, but they still made us wait at the counter for more than an hour and did not actively solve the problem. The room environment is also very poor, there is mold in the cabinet, and the door is as thin as paper. The hotel's English-speaking waiters were unable to correctly convey some of the hotel's clear standards and misled consumers. Terrible experience.
