Good hotel for family really we enjoy it

I came here for the second time. It takes 2 and a half hours from Guangzhou. The facilities are complete. I can arrange a full schedule with my children in one and a half days. Basically, I can get a satisfactory answer if I ask the housekeeper. This time, the housekeeper Xiaolin received me. She was very good. I will go there for the third time.

It was originally a business trip, but booking this hotel changed the purpose of going to Heyuan and turned it into a tourist leisure vacation. Qianhai's service is very good and helpful. Every guest feels at home and there is no pressure at all. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Facilities in the Midnight Diner and Guohai Restaurant are of high standard. We were really disgusted when we found it! ! When we checked in, the staff emphasized that they would deliver the fruit to the room at 4 pm. We came back from playing outside at around 5 o'clock and found that it was not delivered. After contacting and asking, it was delivered at 6 o'clock.
