Good hotel for family really we enjoy it

A kid-friendly hotel! We didn't book a family room, but the room was fully equipped with kid-friendly supplies! Clean and hygienic! The housekeeper Xiaolin personally took us to the room to introduce it, and sent a WeChat message in advance to remind us what activities we could bring our kids to play. Even if we booked a king-size bed room, we could ask the customer service aunt to change it to a twin bed room in seconds!

I strongly recommend the Palm Tree Hotel to friends who come to Chunmuyuan! The sanitation, environment and service are all great! After booking, a butler will contact us to enter the license plate so that we can enter the park smoothly. Check-in is very fast, and a butler will be added during the check-in. If there are any problems during the whole journey, the butler will respond in time. After checking in, the staff will help with the luggage, lead the way to the room, and introduce the park along the way~ When you enter the room, you will find that all the sharp corners of the table and cabinet are wrapped (as shown in Figure 1). The 2.4-meter big bed is very spacious for the whole family to sleep! There are children in our group. In addition to the check-in fruit plate, the hotel also sent milk biscuits (Figure 3) In addition, there are Figures 4️⃣ and 5️⃣ These meticulous services are really very considerate~ The first floor of the hotel is the hot spring area. I am very happy to bring my family here. This time I encountered bonfires and fireworks at night, and they also gave me delicious small tomatoes when I left the store. It's a pity that the weather is cold now and the Dinosaur Island Water Park is not open. I will come back next summer.

The housekeeper Xiao Zeng's service is really considerate, 200 points. It's the first time I've met such a good housekeeper. He is responsive and solves any needs quickly. In addition, the dragon bone park in the town is very fun! The children were reluctant to go back when it was time to check out. It's suitable for parent-child travel! Not only is the surrounding environment beautiful and pleasant, the room design is reasonable, clean and odorless, the quilt is comfortable, the housekeeper is very quiet and considerate, and responds to requests. The front desk and other service staff are also thoughtful, polite and kind. When the children left, they asked us to find time to stay again next time. I have a small opinion, that is, the quality of the toothbrush is poor. Although it is a disposable product, its quality still affects the experience. I hope it will be improved in the future. In general, I like this hotel very much. I will come again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The view was very good, and I could see the fireworks directly from the balcony at night. The only suggestion is that I hope there will be more types of food and beverages, such as midnight snacks, and the prices will be more affordable. There is not much food at night, and they are basically closed at nine o'clock. I want to eat some barbecue, but there are only a few, and the price is expensive. I also hope to add some night programs to enrich the night life. Although it was still relatively cold this time and I didn't dare to go out at night, I could still do more in the summer.

The room hygiene, service, and environment are all great. It's very reassuring to bring kids to stay here. All facilities are complete. I especially praise the housekeeper Kiki, who has a good service attitude, is considerate, and gentle. The children in the Dragon Bone Park played so hard that they didn't want to leave. They loved it. It would be even better in summer, so they could play in the water. It's worth a second visit. Due to the height of the children, it's a pity that they couldn't experience kayaking. I was looking forward to trying it. In the end, the hotel housekeeper helped to change it to a cruise ship. To be honest, it was a bit monotonous, haha. For the Valley Park, I bought a package ticket, which allowed the children to experience horseback riding, but to be honest, it's not necessary to buy it separately. 😂 Overall, I'm quite satisfied! ! !

The room is quiet and sanitary, and the entertainment facilities are very rich. The children don't want to leave after playing, and the adults can also let go of their hands completely. This vacation is so comfortable! Xiao Liao's housekeeper service is also very good. He also upgraded and delayed check-out for us. He responded to all requests. Many details of the hotel are well done. It's a very good experience and feels like home!

Going to the hot springs, the dragon bone park, and eating are all just downstairs. It's so convenient! Going to Chunmuyuan Town, there is really a sense of relaxation in Dali, which is really comfortable. Parents and children go to the dragon bone park and don't want to leave. It is definitely a good place to discharge. During the Spring Festival, the hotel also held activities from time to time. The most impressive thing was the fire pot performance, which was really shocking and beautiful! The only regret is that I didn't eat the Lanzhou ramen in the first canteen. I hope to eat it again next time.
