It was a really nice family vacation and we will come again. In winter, the air conditioning in hotel rooms does not have cooling, only centrally controlled air supply. It would be ideal if you could freely choose the air conditioning or wind speed. There is no button for the toilet exhaust and the wind power is not strong enough.

The front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes. The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities. In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel. This price is generally good and bad.

The hotel is next to the golf course, the environment is very good, the location is a little off. The room is quite large, and you can see the golf course from the window. The air conditioning is not very strong, a little hot. The bedding is also good, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is great. Although there are many people in the morning due to team activities, the waiter can handle it well.

The front desk service is warm and generous, and walking into the lobby gives people a comfortable atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, the light is very good, the sanitation is clean and neat, and it is also equipped with free mineral water. The price is very high. When you check out, you forget to invoice and contact the front desk. The process is issued. Next time I come to Heshan, I will stay here.
