The room is generally OK, after all, it is a brand. But there are some details that are a bit annoying: 1. The ingredients of the dinner hot pot are not good, or they have been frozen for a long time, so they can't be rinsed or chewed. 2. The bathtub drain button in the room is broken, and the waiter has to come up to wash the dishes and open it. 3. The trash can in the room is not equipped with a trash bag, which is quite weird. 4. The toothbrush cup is actually plastic. 5. There is only one elevator room in the middle of such a long building. It is inconvenient to go downstairs if you live in the side rooms. But the sunset is still beautiful.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

Pleasant and fuss free, all the service staff are very very well well trained and service orientated . Always smiling and greeting customers. I have been staying this hotel for a couple of times. It’s always been a great experience. Hotel location is opposite a mall, makes it really convenient to get groceries and shopping and food. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes. The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities. In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel. This price is generally good and bad.

I came to vacation with my lover, this Grand Hyatt Hotel is so 🉑! The room is warm and cozy, and the golf course is green and pleasing to the eye. The double skin milk for breakfast is smooth, and the beef brisket noodles are fragrant, and the products are also superb. We swam in the heated swimming pool and then went to the billiard room to play two shots to enhance our relationship. In the evening, we went to the Harbour City Seafood Restaurant for a big meal, which was super convenient. The hotel has thoughtful service, convenient parking, and a leisurely atmosphere. 1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town. 2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available. 3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles. 4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.
