There was no economic loss, but if I didn't open my phone to check the price on the same day, would I have lost 400 inexplicably? Let's talk about check-in. It's understandable that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, but it took us an hour and a half to check in, from nearly 3 o'clock to 4:30. Shouldn't the hotel make reasonable arrangements based on the check-in situation on that day? Let's talk about the cleanliness of the room. On the second day of our stay, we came back from playing outside at 4 o'clock, and the room was not cleaned. After 15 minutes, the cleaner saw the child in the room and just cleaned the bathroom hastily, and even the quilt was not made flat. On the third day of our stay, we came back from dinner at 19:15, and the room was still not cleaned. I called the front desk to report it, and no one came to clean it until 20:00. The standard of the food and breakfast felt like an ordinary 4-star standard, and the dinner buffet was not appetizing at all, which was very unworthy of the price of 188 (Marriott member price). In general, the hotel's services, especially the room service, need to be greatly increased.

Moreover, Quanzhi Hotel boasts an excellent spa and fitness center. The massage at the spa was incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes. The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities. The hotel is next to the golf course, the environment is very good, the location is a little off. The room is quite large, and you can see the golf course from the window. The air conditioning is not very strong, a little hot. The bedding is also good, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is great. Although there are many people in the morning due to team activities, the waiter can handle it well.

This stay experience is amazing! Every room in He'anli B&B is super warmly furnished, the log furniture is very textured, the mountain spring water is especially special, and the fatigue is instantly dissipated.

Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!

This hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The staff helped me apply for early check-in. I later learned that my baby hadn’t eaten. Breakfast was given to us free of charge and delivered to the room. The key point was that it was delicious. My baby and I drank all the soup and they helped me carry my luggage. The baby was quite naughty and scattered snacks everywhere. Notifying the housekeeper, they immediately came to help clean up the bed. When they saw some dirt on the bed, they even offered to help us change the quilt cover. The security guard was also very enthusiastic and helped me push the stroller downhill. When leaving the store, he even ran out to help us reverse the car. The underground parking lot was crowded. I had to slowly find a parking space. There were many people and cars in the busy business district, which was understandable. I just saw that this room was called the projection room and a movie membership was opened, so I came to experience it this time. ④ When I entered the room, the current hotels are very smart. I originally wanted to have the all-season breakfast (I have had it before with a variety of choices and good taste), but since it was my first time in Heshan, I decided to go out and try the local specialties.
