Great location ! It's just in the center of Helsinki ! The breakfast is the best one that we had in Finland ! The room is a bit smaller than normal room in Finland

centrally based, just 5 min walk to railway, newish building, but noise and heat insulation are in dire need of improvement. air conditioning didn't work by 28 degrees outside and glass facade, not even a fan. trams are heard on the 8th floor as if a small plane is passing by, and that late into the night. Soap splashes on the door have not been cleaned for a while and beds are small, almost fell on the floor while turning. not coming to this hotel any time soon. on the positive side: minibar is well stocked with water for 8 euro and alcoholic beverages for partying if you want all night long

Strategically located and within walking distance to Helsinki Central Station for 30 minutes ride to Helsinki Vantaa Airport. Walking to Old Market Hall, Senate Square, Helsinki Catheral and Uspenskin Katedraali. Late checkout until 4pm possible by paying 20 Euro extension fees. Highly recommended to stay for easy access to town area, shopping, grocery, restaurants and supermarkets. Daily Western breakfast buffet provided is adequate.

Everything was great including the breakfast. Only letdown was the soft pillows and mattresses that made a good rest challenging.

For this price, I was able to eat a delicious breakfast every morning and use the sauna in the evenings, so I was very satisfied! The breakfast was gluten-free and vegan, and there was a wide variety of items, so I was very satisfied. It's in a convenient location for sightseeing, so I highly recommend it! There was no refrigerator, microwave, or kettle in the hotel, so I wish I had brought a portable kettle with me!

A basic hotel in an ok location. Really nice employees at the reception. Great views from the sauna upstairs, but otherwise impractical facilities in the sauna/shower section. You had to leave your shoes in the hallway if you didn't want your socks to get wet when you went to the ”changing room”, and when you put your shoes on it would be good to have a chair to sit on. Only three showers available, so you had to queue to get in the shower. A hotel popular with families with children, so the swimming pool was noisy and full of splashes. Similarly, there was always someone coming in through the door slowly with a group of children at the sauna, so the steam baths were missed. Nice that fresh croissants were served to the tables at breakfast. The bar waiter had his own strong opinions about what is good beer and what is not. I have understood that the first lesson of a customer service person is that the customer is always right. I got the feeling that I don't understand anything about good beer when I said what I like. I didn't feel good about that encounter.

Pretty decent hotel, comfortable bed and clean room! Breakfast spread was good! Very near the airport and offers free shuttle! Gym was excellent! About 30-45mins commute to the city for sightseeing but u can take the shuttle to the airport and then train to the city!

To see the flower slide competition, the basics of the check-in are to see the game. It is very convenient to leave the venue one stop. There are many different public transportations at the entrance of the hotel. No matter where you go, you can take the bus and traffic. Excellent. The hotel room is simple, but it is enough, the breakfast is very good. In short, I am very satisfied.

Hotel looks old but room is okay, couple of reviews mentioned bathroom is small but we found it alright. Breakfast is nice, offers quite a wide spread of variety. CS at recep can be better though. We booked an extra night and left a message to inform the hotel in advance but our room was still released as 'no-show'; when we nicely requested for early check in, staff told us 'fully booked, come back at 4pm to try again'. Friendly staff from restaurant/cafe/housekeeping.

Only stayed for one night before our flight back to London. The room is big enough for a couple. Bathroom & toilet is modern & clean. No kettle/coffee facility in the room but the restaurant area is very accessible. Iron & iron board is available inside the room so that is handy. Breakfast is very good with many selections including hot food.
