The hotel is located very close to the central station with many restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. The facilities are very new and clean. However the rooms are not quite like the pictures, the standard double room we booked is so small that we can only open one luggage at a time and we ended upgrading to another room type. It's not a big difference in terms of money but we feel scammed and the perception isn't great. 

Another thing when we tried to use the sauna their staff told us we needed to pay for it and book a session in advance (at least two hours in advance I believe), which no one mentioned before not even when we check-in nor printed anywhere in the hotel. 

Overall the hardware is og high quality and I'm quite happy with it, however, the software in terms of service and communication has plenty of room to grow.

Great location and excellent breakfast with so much choice. Our room was very clean with a great shower and ammenities. The rooms and common areas are warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and it was easy to leave luggage after we checked out. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel (decor takes getying used to) excellent location, great staff, amazing gym, VERY good breakfast, very near the center and not far from the boats to Tallinn. The room was very large, the bathroom very big with lots of space to put things. Great choice
