Pire hôtel qu’il m’ait été donné de voir dans ma vie. J’aurais du écouter le taxi qui me disait boum boum en me déposant dans l’hôtel… l’hôtel est insalubre, vétuste, plein d’humidité, sale, poussiéreux et j’en passe. N’y mettez jamais les pieds.

有電梯、有空調、旁邊就是越南成、附近還有公園！老闆服務態度嘎嘎嘎好！老闆收費很便宜！不曉得老闆有沒有虧本呀！空調電梯成本其實是很高的！我是實在熱的受不了才開了！之前都不忍心開、怕老闆虧本！有什麼問題老闆立馬解決了！我個人覺得老闆蠻好的呀！也儘量不把房間弄臟！河口太熱了我要回去了！

唯一的優點就是有電梯，在路邊，交通還算方便，相對市中心稍遠。其他方面相對於這個價位就不點評了，一份價格一分貨。

位置在越南城附近，這邊叫北山，不在市區。酒店佈局不錯，有電梯不用爬樓，這邊大部分五層高的都不帶電梯。房間還算乾淨，牆角個別有脱落，但整體OK，對於沒有特別潔癖的人來説完全能住。熱水來的也快，洗澡沒問題，洗浴用品如果有自帶最好。電視以為是壞的，結果能用，還可以正常點播。唯一不好的就是wifi不穩定，一直斷斷續續，網速也不穩定。除此外，整體入住挺滿意的，畢竟性價比在這，符合這個價位！

入住體驗差強人意，沒有達到預期的原因主要是#服務服務態度確實太差了，我知道人家也不在乎評分。可是吐槽兩句出出氣吧！入住的時候是旁邊便利店男人辦理的！也不知道是不是幫忙的鄰居，可是態度也別太過分了吧！我一個討好型人格都被整無語了！跟他説話都沒回應。我問有沒有電梯，不理我。我是窮人，住40塊的旅館我自卑，我無能。可是還有更便宜的旅館人家服務態度也很好啊！我上去房間門是開的，沒用房卡。可是出門再回來就刷不開了，然後去前台招人，人不在，打電話告訴我在便利店找！我喊了半天都不理我，一看就在旁邊坐着。看到我找到了，極其不情願的起來，走到前台。這時候又來兩個入住的客人。結果怎麼樣！都沒跟我説一聲就開始給新來的客人辦理入住，因為涉外還挺麻煩的。我就乾等了好半天！給別人辦完了，還是不理我。又翻箱倒櫃找東西。我問他什麼時候幫我解鎖房卡。還是沒回應。又等半天找出來一張別的卡，帶我去房間試試！然後打開房門把卡插電源上就走了。接下來我很自覺的不求人。直到第二天離開都不在向賓館有任何提問。我知道自己不配！#衞生你們敢信嗎？馬桶裏有一炮黃尿沒沖！我這輩子沒見過。説出來可能沒有人信！就算我拍照了也會有人説那是我自己尿的。哈哈！能把人憋出毛病，包容吧！忍住噁心沖了它！其他的我也不挑剔了，因為這個價位也能想到會是什麼樣子。房間有股黴味！仔細一看窗户是封死的，牆皮滲水！怪不得呢！#房間設施設施啥都沒有，電水壺都沒有！

距離客運站不太遠，房間裏面乾淨衞生，有液晶電視機📺有網齡很快的，有電梯，可以騎行共享單車，出行也方便，主要是老闆人好👌🏻因此上五星好評！！！
