I like this Tibetan-style homestay. The village is managed uniformly and is very clean. The only problem is that the heating is not very good. Our room is very large and there is a small balcony outside. By the way, the light blocking effect of the curtains is a bit poor. Last night, a resident in the house next door kept turning on the light to sleep, causing light to penetrate into our room and affecting sleep. The breakfast is ******* breakfast. They grow their own vegetables and it is delicious.

The room is small, but it is very convenient inside the scenic area. The housekeeper will arrange the room for you. You can also eat at the accommodation. We had yak hotpot, which was a bit expensive. . . . . . .

The whole ******* village is very beautiful. We arrived at night. It was the first time we saw snow and touched snow. We were so happy. The milk tea made by grandma was delicious. There was a blue cat to accompany the guests. The room was very ethnic. There was heating and electric blanket. Breakfast had butter tea. The downside was that the bathroom did not have dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, the floor was full of water. The disposable slippers were not waterproof. It was a nightmare to brush teeth and wash face with wet feet in a temperature of several degrees below zero. 🥶 If waterproof slippers were provided, it would be fine.

Xiaozhai is quite unique and it happened to be beautiful when a heavy snow fell. However, as a viable B&B, its sanitary conditions, service initiative, and responsiveness to guest needs are still far behind.

The equipment in the hotel may be outdated due to its time. The toilets are either leaking or broken. The heating is not strong enough and it is cold. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service lady is also very good. The breakfast is very special.

The two remote controls could not be turned on. The landlord and his wife helped to fix it, but they could not open it to see. I hope there is a TV remote control instruction. 2. It is recommended to actively provide the housekeeper's contact information when checking in. We stayed for two nights and could not contact the housekeeper when we encountered problems. The reception center was downstairs, and it was difficult to go down to ask. 3. The bathroom is very large, but there is no hook, and it is impossible to hang clothes and items. I asked the landlord to put a chair in the bathroom to put clothes, but there was no chair. 4. There was a bath towel that was wet. I don't know why. It should not be wet due to strong sunlight. 5. After staying for two nights, the sanitation was not actively cleaned. After playing in the afternoon the next day, I went back and had not done the sanitation. I asked the landlord to change the garbage bags and toiletries, but he dealt with it immediately. 6. The long bench under the heater, we moved it to face the TV, but it was full of garbage.
