I’m always a fan of NH hotels. This one is located perfectly, close to both the train station and the main walking street in the city. Also a very good price for everything they offer.

This is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

The train station is about a ten-minute walk away, and the bus is also very convenient, just two or three stops away. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room is well-planned and clean, the air conditioning is very good, and it is very close to Heidelberg Old Town, making it very convenient for travel. I recommend it.

Be careful in summer. The air conditioning in this hotel has almost no effect. The waiter brought two electric fans. It was so hot that I fell asleep in the middle of the night, which greatly affected the next day's trip. The family room is a suite, and the sofa bed is in the living room, which is relatively spacious. There is a kettle in the room and a slow charging port in the basement.

Children were completely spoiled with rubber ducks and jars of sweets in the room.

The reception was very friendly. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the tourist area, but it is close to the central station where trains to Frankfurt and other areas stop, so it was easy to move around with a suitcase. You order amenities yourself from your smartphone, but it took an hour to get one pair of slippers. Also, the staff other than the reception staff were not very good. There was an a la carte menu in addition to the buffet for breakfast, but it never came (I ended up not eating it).

The hotel room is actually pretty good, high-end and very comfortable to stay in. It's just that the date I booked was not good, it was too expensive, more than 200 euros, and it usually costs around 100 euros. The others are all very good, could you consider them next time when they are not so expensive?

Heidelberg is a certain distance from the attractions. It is not very convenient. There is an underground parking lot, but the front desk is too unprofessional. They ask for contact information and delay the check-in time. The experience is not good.
