The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

The hotel is less than 20 minutes away from Hefei South Railway Station. There is also Metro Line 1 at the hotel entrance, so the hotel transportation is very convenient. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

The front desk service attitude was very good. They extended our check-out to 4 o'clock and upgraded our room type. The room was large, well-planned, and clean. The only suggestion was that the hair dryer could be replaced with a new one with strong wind. My friend didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk provided makeup remover wipes. It was really thoughtful and considerate. I will stay here again next time!

The room is very clean, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, the service at the front desk is also very considerate and enthusiastic, and the souvenirs are very thoughtful. However, the soundproofing of the hotel rooms facing the road is slightly poor, because there is no ban on whistles in Hefei city, and you can occasionally hear loud noises at night. But since I’m just staying for one day and I’m too lazy to change rooms, people who are not well rested can make a note in advance. The breakfast variety is also very rich, including the gym which is very clean and provides mineral water and towels.
