The room type with two 1.8-meter large beds is suitable for family travel, but one bathroom is still a little inconvenient at night. I read other reviews before and thought that the deluxe duplex had a bathtub, but it didn't, but the overall hardware facilities are OK. The sound insulation effect is slightly poor, and the children next door can be heard clearly when singing and crying at night. Ctrip divides them into breakfast and no breakfast, but in fact no one seems to ask, you can go to eat, and fruit is given when you check out. The hotel is located next to the Hefei Garden Expo Park. I went to the children's playground at 8 o'clock in the morning. When I arrived at the P12 parking area, it was full. Other parking lots were too far away, so I temporarily went to the zoo. The whole trip was still very happy.

The front desk service attitude was very good. They extended our check-out to 4 o'clock and upgraded our room type. The room was large, well-planned, and clean. The only suggestion was that the hair dryer could be replaced with a new one with strong wind. My friend didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk provided makeup remover wipes. It was really thoughtful and considerate. I will stay here again next time!

Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

I really like the atmosphere of this hotel. It is quiet and elegant. You can take a walk in the courtyard in the morning and look at the fish pond. It makes people relax. The meticulous and thoughtful service of the service staff is also impressive.
