Best Western London Heathrow Ariel Hotel Reviews

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival. The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes. Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine. Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!

Very good hotel . Clean , everything works. Good location. However, more information needs to be given on the public transportation available ( which after having a good look into is very good. The reception are very slow to answer the phone if at all! However, at reception they were helpful.

Very reasonably priced for short stay overnight. Shuttle bus to airport was from next door hotel. Not really needed any of the on site facilities as it was very short stay before a flight. Did enjoy a very sound sleep for a few hours so bed were comfy.

Very near to airport, room is small but more than enough to crush a night near airport before next step of the journey.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the Tv and telephone (no wake up call possible) were out of action and the kettle for tea and coffee making did not work. I have stayed there a few times before when everything has been functioning , hence my re-booking this time. Hope they sort things out as I‘ve found it a convenient hotel at a reasonable price whenever I‘m flying from Heathrow Airport.

For a 4 star hotel, I expect atleast the towels to smell like towels.  The bedsheets and duvet seemed like a lodge. I would rather prefer an AirBnB or a Travel lodge over this hotel

Had a short overnight stay here. Overall, really nice and friendly stay here. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive to the airport which the hotel provide a limousine service for 10 pounds per person. Really conveninient for those with early flights.

Very old and pretty rundown hotel. Very basic services. Friendly staff. Convenient location for Heathrow Airport to overnight layovers. Relatively low price.

A decent place for a night pre or post flight. Easy busto T2 or Hayes and Harlington. A little worn and minor irritation of the TV lacked BBC or other staple channels. Aircon was excellent though

Great service and a comfortable stay. The room was of decent size and came with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. A solid choice for those traveling through Heathrow.

Further away from the airport than I would have liked. However the room was fine and breakfast good .

Overall my experience was good  The hotel was very easy to locate  The rooms were very clean  The staff were very nice and friendly  Will definitely have a second stay there

The receptionist, bar and housekeeping department are amazing. The announcement are loud in elevator

Everything is good but i am unhappy because i put a request for big and best window view room but I didn’t get that.
