Great new hotel. Rooms are clean, housekeeping every day, convenience in the form of a 24 hour lobby bar. Pleasant staff. Very varied selection for breakfast. Location is good, but it's a bit far to old Havana.

The hotel new and beautiful but still new no experience staff

The sea view room has a nice view, but the bar downstairs is a bit noisy on weekends. The service and room hygiene are OK, but there are flies everywhere in the restaurant. They are used to having dinner with flies. There are fewer flies at breakfast, probably because they haven't woken up yet.

The room is decent and clean. It is close to the beach. There are two restaurants nearby. It is ten minutes by car from the city. The environment is relatively quiet. Living in the old town is too noisy.

Sitting on the balcony outside the room on the 10th floor and looking at the sea is an unparalleled enjoyment

Hehe... It's just a joke... It's really hard to describe this hotel... Not to mention the poor front desk service, there was no hot water when we arrived two days ago, so we couldn't even wash our hair or take a shower, and my friend caught a cold. Moreover, there is a bar street downstairs from the hotel, which is so noisy at night that we can't sleep at all. The hotel's sound insulation is extremely poor. We didn't have any drinking water in our room, and we asked the front desk three times but the cleaning lady didn't send it. She really wanted us to go to its bar to consume... This hotel is also 20 minutes away from downtown Havana, so it's not convenient to go into the city. Isn't it inconvenient to take a taxi in Cuba? So we asked the front desk staff or security downstairs to call a taxi for us. The security guard downstairs had a very poor service attitude and didn't call a taxi for us. He also said that he was afraid that we would pay less. What does it matter to him how much money we pay? He just called it for us, which really made me laugh to death... In short, you must avoid this hotel when you go to Cuba. 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with relatively complete facilities. The location is nice along the coast, and the back door leads to the beach. The environment is quite good. The beach is very lively on Saturday and Sunday nights, but the front desk service is a bit sloppy and the check-in efficiency is a bit poor.

The room is nice and has free wifi. Just don't live opposite the beach, there are shows downstairs every night and it's very noisy 😭, and the breakfast is mainly European breakfast, which is relatively dry.

Very nice environment

We have been staying in this hotel since 11.04. to 14.04. 24 three adults, booked a room with 2 beds + a sofa, and received a double bed and an armchair bed without bed linen!!! When we contacted the reception, they told us they couldn’t help us, such a reservation! Please bring a sheet and blanket for your stay at this hotel. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee, water flows from the shower, a puddle all over the room. Breakfast is good, gym too, taxi to the center of Havana, next to a store with alcohol for foreign currency, etc. plus.

The door lock was broken when I checked in. I was given a different room than the one I booked. The front desk said the room I booked was sold out.

I stayed in this hotel once and was quite satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time.
