Nice transfer service and place You can youse transfer bus in day time for sightseeing

Overall very friendly and pleasant experience. During dinner one plate served to us was dirty so we had to ask for it to be swapped but was dealt with promptly. Morning coffee served in the lounge cannot be taken back to the rooms which is pretty inconvenient. The meals served were delicious.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is really good. The hotel is a bit far from the pier. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus, which is available in the morning and evening, which is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, but there are fewer sockets. It would be better if there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I booked breakfast and dinner. I can only say that the food is worthy of the price. It is definitely not comparable to a good hotel. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good.

Really friendly staff and a spacious and comfortable room. The public bathhouse was a bit disappointing, but other than that it was very nice. Unlike the old exterior, the inside has been remodeled so you can relax comfortably. I want to come again next time. The people who served dinner and breakfast were friendly and the service was good.

Excellent hotel! There is a transfer from the ferry, a good onsen, excellent service, delicious food, a luxurious room and a view of Hiroshima. Delighted with the hotel!
