Cozy room & great service!

I am a Canadian and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I walked extensively around Harbin and the location of this hotel is about as good as you can get. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and eager to please. The location is only a few blocks from the main Central pedestrian street which is a lot of fun to walk especially in the evening with all the lighting and the thousands of people owed to enjoy the scenery. Also the river is only two blocks away and has a wonderful walking path all along the river to enjoy the scenery. There are a few convenience stores within 100 m of the front door so it's easy to grab a snack or some bottles of water or other juices and eating items. One thing to note is that although it is a non-smoking Hotel......many of the guests are smoking in the room so the smell does tend to drift into the hallway....but it's hardly a big deal.

This hotel was very clean, very polite and helpful staff, and a good location to nearly all the tourist sights. The sheets and floors were clean. The only downside is that even though we were on the 6th floor, the views weren't great.

Good location, clean hotel and value for money. Hotel manager very friendly and helpful allowed us to extend one hour stay without extra charges. Will come back this hotel again.

Nice hotel, BIG room and easy access to shopping mall and central street

Objectively speaking, the facilities and environment are at the level of a budget hotel, but the front desk service is very good, and the location is even better. It takes only a few minutes to walk to several popular attractions and subway stations.

It's just that it's a holiday now and Harbin has been too popular in the past two years, so the housing prices are a bit high, but this is not Home Inn's problem. I will choose to stay here again when I come back.

Hygiene: The room is clean and the aunt is quite diligent, but there is one thing that she always takes away a little bit of used toothpaste. I don't know why. Environment: The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, adjacent to Central Street, so if you come to play, staying here is very good, and the surrounding transportation is very good. Service: As for the service, it is generally good. There is a laundry room, a restaurant, and a gym, but the overall service feels slightly poor. The main thing is that the hygiene is still slightly poor. The bathroom smells bad and the room is full of dust. Others are still good.

The layout of the family room is good, but the shower room is a bit small. The small shower fixture is loose and can't be plugged in. There is still dust on the details such as the table lamp and it is not cleaned. Overall, it is clean and tidy. This hotel is cost-effective in the peak season. The hotel is close to the Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the surrounding business districts include Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Parkson, Nai Xue, and Bawang Cha Ji. Central Street and Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival are nearby and can be reached on foot. It only costs about 10 yuan to take a taxi to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The hotel front desk and the aunt have a good service attitude.

The room is clean and tidy. It is near Central Street and the Flood Control Memorial Tower. The surrounding scenic spots, railway bridge, Hagia Sophia (*morning market) and Red Master Morning Market are all within walking distance.

Advantages: A single-family hotel. The room window can see the Songhua River. It is relatively close to the flood control monument and not far from Central Avenue. The service is good. When the toilet is blocked, a technician will be arranged to come to the door to deal with it immediately. Disadvantages: Although the front desk gave me a small gift when I checked out and hoped that I would give a good review and not mention the problem, I still insisted on being an honest person and exposed the problem. There is only one disadvantage, which is also a fatal disadvantage: the room sound insulation is relatively poor. At night, you can hear the snoring of the guests in the next room, and you can clearly hear the content of the chat and phone calls in the next room. On the first night, the person living next door happened to be drunk. I heard him talking nonsense for an hour, and there were also the knocks and shouts of the takeaway man. It was not quiet until two o'clock in the morning. Fortunately, the neighbors changed on the second night, which was much better, but this matter can only be done by luck. As long as someone walks in the corridor, the suitcase is pulled, the children talk, etc., you can still hear it clearly. It is recommended that you who need quiet, have difficulty falling asleep, are easily irritated, and are afraid of your partner's temper, choose carefully.
