This ideally located airport Hotel has the distinction of being extremely well designed and organised. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good and sufficient options!

I lived my stay so much I didn’t want to leave. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I was so happy to see a coffee machine and microwave in my room, and the complementary toiletries were a life saver. 1000% would stay again. Only thing I would like to see improved are the breakfast options and double checking on cleaning bathrooms.

I was really tired from 13 hour flight when I got to ATL. Took a shuttle to the domestic terminal where hotel shuttles were. Driver took me to the right hotel (apparently there are multiple holiday inns near the airport). My room was really nice, bed was soft and smelled fresh. Breakfast was really good too. Staff were really kind and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends.

My second stay within a week and my experience are completely different: 1) front desk lady is kinda rude. 2) asking for parking fee which was included during my previous stay, exactly the same room type and conditions. 3) THE ROOM IS WAY TOO NOISY! I got the room at the end of the hall with facing the highway. The nonstop traffic and airplane overflying kept me awake for the entire night even I put the earplug in. I end up took the sleeping pill at 3am… unbelievable.

The hotel entry is shared with neighboring facilities which complicated me finding the entry on the first try. Otherwise, the staff was professional, friendly, and just excellent. The room was super clean. Enjoyed my stay there very much!

There is an airport shuttle. It is best to call the front desk in advance to make an appointment for airport pick-up. Tips are required. It is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. The bed is big and comfortable to sleep in.

The room is tidy and the transportation is convenient. I forgot four new clothes in the closet. I called them one day later and went back to look for them three days later but failed. They were told that the hotel's lost and found items did not match the description of the clothes. The hotel stipulates that cleaning staff must check the closet. This shows that the cleaning staff are of poor quality and secretly Intercepted.

Shuttle does require you to make a call yourself. The boarding location is the same in ATL. Exit in the direction of Ground Transportation and walk toward Rental Car. There is a row of hotel bus stops before getting on the elevator. Near the airport, parking is free. There is a row of rooms facing the highway and the noise is very loud. It will be much better if I change to another room. Breakfast ends at nine o'clock. I overslept on the first day and didn't catch up, so I had to eat at Ihop next door. At the same price, if you are transiting near the airport, the main consideration is the sound insulation effect. Generally speaking, it is better to make do without relying on the highway.
