Overrated, photos extremely misleading , room in poor repair, sink drain jammed , paintwork in bad condition , bathroom repair work not completed , bed the wrong way round due to small size of room. No soap or shampoo

Nice hotel, good location

The room was so nice and clean. The location is at Old Quarter,so near Hoan Kiem Lake. Good to choose.

Hygiene: not very good; Facilities: Very old; Environment: The surrounding area is okay and travel is convenient; Service: The service of the guy at the front desk is good. But I didn't sleep all night. The bed was very damp. Since it was an early flight, there was no need to sleep.

The hotel is quite small but the service is quite good, close to tourist areas, easy to get around.

It’s really bad, don’t go there. One pair of slippers in the triple room, the toilet seat is unusable, the internet is not working, and there is no service.

It's disgusting 🤮, although it is relatively close to the city center, the hygiene is very poor and the buildings are old. The room was damp and the mirrors were foggy. The sheets were stained and the walls were dark. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, and it took a while for them to come. I looked at the ones with windows and there was no difference. It was hard to breathe in the room. Although it is cheap, I have lived in cheaper and very good apartments there, and I am really speechless. I can’t stay that day and the money hasn’t been refunded, so forget it. I stayed there for 10 minutes and came out. Fortunately, there was another hotel nearby.
