Affordable clean hotel that looks luxurious inside. Will stay again!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The air con kept the room nice and cool in Hanoi summer. The pool on the roof was great with a nice view over the rooftops of the old town

We never expected to face an "attitude" treat from a young lady with long hair receptionist at this hotel when overall reviews are good, and this is the reason we booked this hotel. The incident happened when we queried why our standard room has no window when our booking indicated has window. After a long talk, that young lady called so called sales personal. We finally be able to upgrade to deluxe room with window with acceptable price. However, she seems like was not happy with the agreement granted by the sales personal and shown black face and unhappy attitude handling the paperwork changing. At first, we were unknown the outcome from her phone talk as we do not understand Vietnamese language. She was silence and did not update us the outcome after phone talk. She only talked with her male colleague. Finally, her male colleague taken over to update us the outcome of her tele conversation and handling the room changing process. He handled the process with professional, such a nice guy, suitable to work in this service field. Hence, please take note when do booking. This hotel standard room has no window.

Unlike other third party app, this hotel shown on trip.com doesn’t show clearly that this normal room that was booked is an interior room without window facing the outside. Their air-con has a remark “Time to clean filter” and was quickly rectified by the hotel. Toilet seem much luxurious than the room itself.

Checked in as a family. Friendly check-in,  Children swam in the infinity pool for the first time in their lives. Switch back and forth between the sauna and the pool. We have great memories. Thank you.

The breakfast is delicious and the facilities are old but clean. There are no unpleasant smells. The bathroom is a bit small.

It is a good city hotel. The standard rooms do not have a direct window, only the ventilation duct. It is better to take a deluxe room! Breakfast is good and sufficient.

The location is around Hoan Kiem, so it's in a great location. The staff are also very friendly. It's so hard to turn off the lights and operate the keys... Even one light won't turn off, so I can't sleep. The soundproofing isn't that great, but other than that, everything else is fine.

The room is very nice, the staff is also very enthusiastic and cheerful! Everything is very Okiee!!
