not very clean,it is like a family hotel,the host is nice.

Very convenient surrounding

In a village in the city, the environment is quite poor. People who live there all the year round can’t find it. I asked a lot of local people but they don’t know.

Service: speaks English and is very friendly Hygiene: neat and clean Environment: The location is good and easy to find in the alley. There are also many snack bars in the alley. It is very convenient to go anywhere near Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast is also good and you can order rice noodles.

Place where there is in the middle of downtown, and is convenient for both shopping and meal. When I asked the lady at the front desk about a tour to Halong Bay, I was able to book a one night tour on a wonderful classical boat. Also, I was able to make a reservation for the train to Da Nang. The rooms are kept clean and I stayed in a twin room and a family room one night each during the two nights. Breakfast was satisfying with many types of fruits.

The female staff is very kind. The location is perfect for exploring the old town. For first-time visitors, it can be a bit tricky to find.

It's so friendly and close to Hoan Kiem, so it's great to see There are many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, so it is easy to access and is good for leisurely sightseeing.

The hosts were really kind. I was satisfied with everything in terms of price, facilities, and location.

It’s in a good location in the city and near the old quarters and we could walk to most of the places of interests. The hotel is near so many restaurants and local eateries and one didn’t have to eat in the same place daily. The Manager Jenny is very friendly and helpful and she arranged our visa, airport transfers and even booked us on our Halong Bay cruise. We stayed 9 nights and definitely going back next year to tour other northern places of Vietnam and use Veris as a base.

I have a fantastic stay at Veris hotel . and would recommend it to anyone visiting in Hanoi . Wonderful breakfast with Vietnamese and Westen food . The hotel isn't too far from alot of the attraction to see in Hanoi. Thank you for arrange our Bus to sapa .

We really enjoyed our stay at Veris hotel . The room were small but Cozy , Clean and Bed comfortable. The location is centre of old town , near the church , train street , many local restaurants and cafe shop . The staff help us book a trip to Ninh binh .
