It felt a bit dated in places. The toilet gets wet when you take a shower, so if that bothers you, it's not the place for you. It was nice that amenities such as drinking water, toothbrushes, and shower caps were provided.

I used this hotel when transferring to an international flight at Noi Bai Airport. The front desk staff spoke English well, and the check-in process was very polite. I also used the shuttle service to the airport the next morning, and the driver was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was good. I would like to use this hotel again. By the way, there was a restaurant next to the hotel where I could eat pho for breakfast.

It was good that it was close to the airport, but it was too close and taxis refused to take me. I was taken there by tuk-tuk for 15,000 VND, but I was a bit worried that my suitcase would fall off the luggage rack. The toilet, shower room and sink were all in a small space, so when I took a shower the toilet and floor got soaked, which was a problem.

I have never stayed at a hotel so I don't know what a hotel is like. I booked through Trip for a night at a hotel but when I arrived, the hotel informed me that the room was being repaired and there was no room so they transferred me to another hotel. I was annoyed but it was ok so I went as long as there was a place to sleep. The hotel I went to was Vinh Son hotel and I have to say that I would never book again. The hotel service was so bad. Because I was traveling alone with 3 suitcases, when I arrived I said no, the staff would help, but the hotel staff said they only supported a place to sleep, so there was nothing. When I got annoyed and frowned, they came over to help me. When I checked out, there were people changing shifts and there was a lot of luggage, I asked for help but they said there was no staff to support. It was very annoying. If anyone goes, avoid Vinh Son hotel, and avoid the situation of having to stay at another hotel like my case. 😡
