DO NOT Stay in this hotel!! MOLD in the bedroom & Staff cannot do anything because another room has been fully booked (I found it still available in Online Channel).

Clean hotel, polite staff..I love it

There is an elevator up to the 7th floor, but you have to walk to the 8th floor. The room is a bit damp. The receptionist is very friendly.

The staff are friendly and it's close to Hoan Kiem and places to eat on the street.

The hotel is old, the staff is incompetent. I booked an executive room, it looked good in the photo, area 28 sq.m., bed 1.8 sq.m wide. We were settled in a small room (21 sq.m.) that did not correspond to the photographs with a 1.6 m wide bed, the renovation was old (the doors to the bathroom did not close, the door to the shower itself did not close, everything was rusty and moldy). The room is on the 8th floor, and the elevator only goes to the 7th, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves. The water pressure is very weak, and either cold or hot water flows. In connection with my complaints, the administrator contacted the manager, but he considered that everything was fine and the claims were unfounded. I don't recommend this place! I wish the manager and other persons, when traveling, to find themselves in situations where they are deceived as often as possible.

The location was good because it was Hoan Kiem, but it was a hotel worth the price. I recommend it for its cost-effectiveness. There are many Starbucks and other massage shops and restaurants nearby.

Overall satisfied. Staff friendly. Find out the location. However, on the last night, the group tourists upstairs, next to us, and downstairs were so noisy that I couldn't sleep. It was inconvenient because the hotel could not resolve this issue.

It was a very good hotel! Great staff and kindness. It was close to the old town and easy to access. I want to use it again.

It was a plan of 3000 yen per night, but the staff was very kind and very nice 😊 If I have another chance next time, I will book again.

Facilities are clean
