The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful . The ideal plus point is the very chill rooftop bar and the cafe lounge with a view of the city 🌆 My husband was very satisfied with his stay here. We will definitely come back and book a room here. We would like to specially thanks Kevin NGUYEN reception staff who are always friendly and polite🥰

The hotel is a bit old but nevermind. The location is superb. Everything is nearby. 8 minutes to Ho Kiem lake and 20 minutes to train street. What u need is a pair of leg power. The breakfast is limited but it's ok if u have a small appetite.

Nice hotel, well located in the old quarter, perfect location for go walking to the main attractions of the city! Breakfast was good with lot of variety. The hotel was a little bit noisy, rooms are not isolated so you can hear people in the hallways and rooms next to yours. Room was a ok, nothing special. The staff was friendly and willing to help us all the time! We went with our 1 year old baby, and they provide us a nice baby crib and they have baby chair in the restorant. They have a nice rooftop with city view.

Great experience here, staff very helpful, location great (close to Beer street and in the heart of the old quarter but not too loud) and very comfortable bed and room. Room looked out on to a temple too which was nice.

Locating is at the heart of old quarter so very convenient and easy to travel around. Hotel is clean and neat. Hotel staff are very welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

First of all. They gave me and my husband two twin beds and persisted that we ordered two single beds when we clearly did not. When we got to the room there was dirty plugs on the floor and rubbish. When we left in the morning the receptionist chased after me and accused me of stealing the hotel slippers? Really bizarre and embarrassing. We did not steal the horrible slippers and they were in the room. Only good thing about this hotel is the location next to beer street. To be accused of stealing some horrible slippers was disgusting. Do not recommend.

Place is very strategic, nearby to restaurants and bars. Area is busy during weekends. I got upgraded to a bigger room and it was helpful. Toilets and the shower was good. Will stay again if I come back to Hanoi

The staff went over and above their duties to serve the guests. Very patient with guest inquiries. Some rooms need to be touched up, especially room 301. The power points are not working well, room door is not fitted well so people can actually peep in. No privacy.

This is very very good hotel. The hotel very clean and staffs all friendly and polite. It’s walkable distance to street-food and close to Dong Zuan market where you can find local food.

Hotel was a little old but room was clean and large. Front desk service was polite and helpful. Only had breakfast at the rooftop which was relatively good. The balcony was tiny but having an open balcony really lets you soak up the atmosphere of the Old Quarter.

Recent stayed at the MK for 4 days & it was a good experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we check in quickly. The room was spacious, well furnished and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep every night. The hotel’s amenities were great. Nice rooftop bar, which offered top views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast served a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
