Hotel reception staff are all very helpful and very informative. We have no idea where to go for a proper PCR test hospital for the departure to Hong Kong. The hotel did recommend us one hospital which is about 2km from the hotel and most importantly the hospital was super efficient that provided us the test results within 4 hours and the price is only half of the other hospital charged. We are extremely pleased with the kind service that Acoustic Hotel to us during the stay. Service is excellent and room is very clean. We definitely will stay again next time in.Hanoi.

Second time staying at this property, first time was really nice, second time i got upper floor but i got a really old room with many details and a bit noise starting from 5am because i can hear the staff fixing the breakfast for the guests, the bed wasn't cozy.

Since we ended up in a different room than the one we booked, we had breakfast included. The location was good and convenient. We also used the hotel spa, which was very good.

The room is nice, the air conditioning is quite powerful, the surrounding area is very convenient, and it is close to the attractions

The service attitude is very good, the facilities are very new, the room is large, and the hotel breakfast is also very delicious. It is a relatively good hotel in Hanoi. The sound insulation may not be very good, and the sound of motorcycles can be heard in the room, but I don't mind because it is still very quiet at night.
