Arrived at the hotel very early. Understood that early check-in was not possible as the room was not ready yet. Wanted to put our luggage at the lobby first as we had activities planned for the day. No help was rendered when I wanted to put the luggage at the lobby. I have to find my own place to store our luggage due to lobby full😑. Room size is alright to me, but if you are tall, then the ceiling might be a problem for you. Cleanliness is not very good, and the bathroom is showing signs of chokage in the draining system. The location is good, though.

My stay at Dream Boutique Hotel and Spa in the Deluxe King Room with a balcony overlooking the city was a delightful experience. Despite the incorrect location listing, the hotel's actual position north of the lake offers serene surroundings. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to every need. The room exceeded expectations, providing ample comfort and a stunning view. The hotel's spa facilities added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay.

A great hotel, with very friendly staff and a decent breakfast. The staff are super nice and helpful. Near many restaurants and cafes. The room was a bit small, but it sufficed for 2 days. Definitely worth the price, 100,000 Dong extra for breakfast if not included and is worth it.

A brilliant hotel. We were some of the first guests to stay and the hotel wasn't completely finished like rooftop bar etc but was still a great place. Ideal location, very helpful staff and great price

I was relieved to see that the bathroom was clean, just as in the photos on this website. The minimum amenities were provided, and I was happy that two bottles of water and Vietnamese coffee were included for free. As it is in the city, it is lively until around 10pm. It is in a good location for sightseeing. I would like to use it again.

I saw that Trip.com introduced a hotel that I just joined (claimed to be 4 stars?), so I chose this hotel early to try it out, but I was very disappointed! I will definitely not stay here again when I travel to Hanoi in the future! Nothing special except that it is close to the scenic spot "Hoan Kiem Lake" and only a 3-minute walk away? ! What's more, the hotel is surrounded by traditional markets where all the vendors are doing business during the day, which is very noisy and the surrounding environment is very poor! As for the room number 406 where I stayed, the interior was even worse. I stayed there for 3 nights. In addition to having "hot water" for showering after late check-in at about 11 o'clock on the first night, I also had hot water for showering after 5 o'clock on the second day and 9 o'clock on the third day. I apologize for the "no hot water supply at all" which made me almost catch a cold after taking cold water! I'm wondering if this "4 star" hotel provides hot water? Time limit? No matter what, it should be posted in advance to inform the residents that it is really bad! In addition, the room is small and only placed on both sides of a large bed, with no room to move up and down the bed. It is really strange to have to climb the bed every day. How can it pass the 4-star rating? ? And one morning the cleaning staff actually knocked on the door at 9am to clean? It's really rude to disturb my sleep. I said I would come and clean in 30 minutes, but I was woken up by the noise and went out for a walk at noon, but there was no cleaning when I came back at noon? ! This is the service provided by Namenzi! Overall very angry to encounter such poor service! ? Won't stay here again! Trip.com seriously reports to the hotel that it will improve immediately or else...

The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, and the fruit was very sweet. The front desk was very friendly and helped with the luggage. It was a pleasant trip!

Although the room is small, it is clean and quiet, and the transportation is convenient. The most profound experience is the good service, and the massage technicians are also very good. Unlike other massage shops that desperately ask for tips, this kind of thing will not happen here.
