Family-friendly Hotels in Hanoi

The hotel is very nice, the bed very comfortable, the room is big, and is located close to Hanoi International School, where I had a workshop.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

I had a memorable stay at Splendid hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony by Mr. Harry. The hotel has a very good location so it was very convenient for us to move around. When we returned from our trip, the staff offered us tea and coffee. It's free every day. The breakfast was great and the staff were also very kind and enthusiastic. So I booked another room for next year. Looking forward to our next stay at Splendid Hotel

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

Remarkable place situated by the west lake. A much higher,but not more expensive, level and quality of service compared to all other places we stayed in Vietnam. Really can't find a fault in any way. The pool was nice with shallow and deep end, breakfast was really solid, service staff friendly and super competent and the room was basically a nicely furnished two bedroom apartment with solid Wifi and big TV. When it was build, it was definitly a high end, exclusive compound, which kept this looks and feeling. And very nice restaurant as well, with Japanese, Asian and Western cousine.

A four-star hotel with excellent value for money. The location is right in the city center. The front desk of the hotel is not big but the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff don't speak much Chinese, and I can communicate with them in English very smoothly. The hotel and room were very clean, and the breakfast was good. Walking in the left direction of the hotel for about ten minutes, you can reach Hanoi's famous Hoan Kiem Lake, Saigon Grand Theater, St. John's Church and other scenic spots. Various shops are everywhere along Hoan Kiem Lake, especially next to the Hoan Kiem Lake. Behind the sword is the famous 36 Old Street in Saigon. There are more than hundreds of restaurants, coffees, shops, bars, hotels, massage parlors and street snacks. There are countless, which can basically meet all the needs of a tourist, but Hanoi All shops and restaurants here are required to close at 12 p.m., so friends who want to have late-night snacks remember not to go out too late. In general, Hilton Garden Inn is a brand hotel after all. It is good in all aspects and worth staying at.

Good hotel, few minutes walk to Hanoi Train street, located in Old Quarter. It is far away from Hanoi International Airport.. about an hour drive. The hotel staff are very friendly and I feel good hospitality. My flight was in the morning at 9.30 and I need to leave the hotel around 6.30 am. The hotel staff nicely packed for me the breakfast to have it on my way to airport. It is really great👍

The hotel room is kinda old, and it’s quite disappointing, the hair blower is still those kind of really old fashioned one you have to press and blow. When we first got in the room, it has that kind of awful smell that’s really dusty, and even for the bedsheets it’s super dusty, we got nose allergy instantly. The housekeeping service is kinda bad, they don’t refill enough for the stuff and don’t clean well. But their reception is really nice and we ate at their restaurant their service is super nice as well the food is so so.

Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay. We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!
