Every thing was okay, but they could do more cleaning.

The location is very good, close to Hannover Central Station, very convenient for transportation and shopping, there are many shopping malls near the station. The room is large, with a bathtub and a microwave.

The front desk was quite small, with only one handsome guy on duty. We had three families of three staying, a total of nine people. The guy had obviously never seen so many people check in, so it took a little longer to process. But it was OK, I got into the room without waiting too long. The next day, I found that there was a problem with the bathtub drain, water leaked into the room, and the carpet was damp. They responded promptly and sent someone to repair it. In short, everything was pretty quick. I hope that the infrastructure will be regularly inspected and maintained in the future. Other aspects are OK.

The most satisfying hotel of this trip! Great value for money! The room is really huge, and many four-star hotels are just like this! It’s great to have a microwave and a bar with direct drinking water in the room! I bought a lot of food at rewe and heated it up. It tasted better than many Western restaurants. It was a very happy meal! If you come to Hannover, please choose here!

The hotel was very clean and nice! It was close to the station and downtown, and there were shops nearby that were open even on Sundays. I recommend it.
